Amazing service! I was pulled over for lack of insurance via police reader in Bellaire! The officer wanted to write a $300 pink ticket which I refused to accept most graciously! I called My agent and immediately he emailed full proof of insurance within minutes. I showed this to irritated officer and he then called My agent. I waited patiently with service dogs in a hot truck over an hour for the officer to figure things out to justify his ridiculous ticket! He said that My insurance had not been reported at end of month to DPS so his reader was not registering proof of insurance. Not My job! Not My monkey! Again he held Me over and hour! I was free to go and drove over to the office to get My proof of insurance as it was not up to date inside of My vehicle. They had it ready and aplogized for the miss take. Everything is always working out for Me in all ways! Universe is Kind! We missed Our bark park date but We did not take that ticket and knew Our rights as We respected the Bellaire Officer who was indignant that he could not tow and ticket a woman with Her medical service dogs on a hot day! Good on Gaston! We enjoy every day of Our Blessed lives!

After 9 years with State Farm they decided to cancel my policy, we had three cars and also renters insurance, we have paid more in 9 years than the 3 claims for no more than $ 6000 , we also set up direct payments so never skipped a payment, we paid around 42k in 9 years, but still due to 3 claims they dicided to cancel the policy, once more we are victims of insurance busineses that conduct bad practice and still not hold accountable!! We prove loyalty and in return we was rob!!! Please choose any other insurance company but stay away from these thieves!!

Gaston and his office did a great job of consolidating our insurance needs (our house, car, and life insurance) and saving us A LOT of $$!. They also made some suggestions that will end up saving us even more. Super friendly and prompt service.
