We hired Bradley Plumbing to replace all the 28-year-old copper piping in our crawl spaces with Pex piping. Roscoe Brown subsequently acquired Bradley Plumbing. Though we had become unsatisfied with Roscoe Brown after they had done years of HVAC maintenance and repair work for us, and thus began using another company for HVAC service, we decided to let Roscoe Brown complete this plumbing job, as we were assured the service people from Bradley Plumbing were still involved. Mark and Frank were the team who did the repiping, and I was very pleased with their professionalism, their thoroughness in answering all questions, and the troubleshooting they did when there was an unexpected issue with a specific pipe. The latter was very impressive to me as they continued to work toward a solution that would prevent them from having to cut into our wall, though it took a couple of extra hours to find a workable solution. Our wall remained intact, and while Mark was working out a solution, Frank was inspecting our indoor plumbing and answering my questions about various plumbing issues. I will also say they did an excellent job of cleaning the site after the work was completed, and left it as they had found it. I am very satisfied so far; we hope that there will be no issues with the replaced piping, and trust that if any arise, Roscoe Brown will stand behind their warranty. We will definitely call Roscoe again for plumbing issues, and have also signed up for an annual service plan.

I am a service technician with Roscoe Brown, and I just wanted to take a minute and show my appreciation to a few people in the company. I recently hurt my arm in a non-work related incident and I wanted to share how helpful Jamie Craig has been through this process. She has patiently helped me to fill out and turn in all of the pertinent paperwork needed for me to receive my short-term disability through my insurance. I have to say, I fill like she has gone above and beyond in helping me through a very tough process. This is not the first time that she has gone out of her way to help me in various situations. I want everyone to know what an asset she is to have in the company. I appreciate her hard work and everything that she does for us on a daily basis. Secondly I would like to show my appreciation to The company president Norman Brown and Service manager Tommy Crook, for their patience with me while I recover through this 12 week process. I have been in my current location for a bit over a year. After my heat and AC was not performing as it should I saw the Roscoe Brown sticker on the unit and scheduled a service appointment. Upon arrival, Rob B. stated my unit was still under a 10 year parts and labor warrantee. Already, I knew this was an honest company and the work performed was going to be what was needed. The problem with the unit was the expansion bulb tube on the TXV had a hole in it. Rob explained to me how he was going to repair the unit after he received the part. The first thing the following morning, Rob was on location making the repair. During the repair, I had the seasonal cleaning done as a preventative measure for the future. This was one of the best experiences I have encountered with any type of service company across the board. These guys came back out for the winter service call. Terry A. came this time. Once again, great friendly service. They have a great thing going for thier company and customers.

Rated at 5 stars!!! My AC had stopped working a couple months ago and Due to financial reasons (I’m a disabled Army Veteran) I couldn’t afford someone to come out to fix it! My kids have not been able to sleep upstairs in their rooms for a while now as it’s been too hot. I called Roscoe Brown, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN. And they walked me through everything. Same day service! Lee M was the technician and he was Kind, Courteous, Very Knowledgeable, and fixed the problem immediately. He explained what the problem was and checked the entire air duct system. They also explained the warranty and it helped cover the expenses! I couldn’t be more happier with my experience today with Roscoe Brown, Inc. I would recommend them personally to anyone that needs heating and air work done! Thanks again guys! The house is already cooling down!

The technician Roscoe Brown send out Joe was very professional. I used this company in the past to fix my A/C unit and they did a great job. I called them out due to rattling in the water pipes. after a hour the two techs advised it was the reducer valve on the water heater tank. the service call was non refundable 69 dollars and he quoted me 400 to replace the valve. I declined. I called a friend who works at hiller plumbing he advised that was probably not the issue but we ordered a manufacture spec pressure valve and replaced, only cost me part. problem still persisted. so we would have been out 470$ for an issue Roscoe Brown advised was not even the issue. I do recommend this company however for complex plumbing issues (I had rattling in the pipes) I do not recommend this team. good luck.

I had to have my hot water heater replaced in the middle of winter. It started leaking in the evening and I called the 24/7 helpline. Adam G. came out first thing in the morning and within a few hours I had a brand new hot water heater. He took care of the problem and was nice enough to explain his process. After Adam G. left, I noticed a small leak, from a faulty fitting in one of the pipes leading out of the hot water heater. Adam G. was back within the hour and had it working like a charm. I called Roscoe Brown because I was a Bradley Plumbing customer. After the two companies combined I wanted to see if they were as fantastic as before. Turns out, they are even better together.

Over the last week, I was having issue with my AC not performing as needed, and freezing over which was horrible in the heat we have been having. I called Roscoe Brown and was promptly helped by Brandon and he got someone out to my home the next morning! The technician Jim Wood showed up 10 min early and fixed my AC within 30 minutes! The most important thing is he involved me and informed me of what he was doing and why... Jim is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy! I would recommend him for any of your HVAC needs! You will be fixed up and learn more all at the same time! Thank you Roscoe Brown!!!! I will always recommend this to EVERYONE!! Thanks Again!

I give 5 stars to Matt A the tech who came out to fix my new HVAC. I had a new HVAC installed on July 17, 2017 and the air conditioning worked great. However, I had no heat when I switched over the system. Matt told me the pilot light had never been turned on. I like Roscoe Brown as they installed my daughters new HVAC a couple years back and have always come the same day I call when I had a problem with my old system. I guess the original installers got distracted and failed to turn pilot light on. Matt immediately found the problem and fixed. It turned cold the weekend of Oct 28th and was thankful to have heat. Jim from Roscoe Brown came to my house on Friday night near 10. He recommended that I needed more extensive work than I asked for. He scheduled to come back on Monday and brought Frank with him. They called before they arrived and let me know when they would show up. They replaced most of the cast iron pipes in my house. I can see why they needed it. They were brittle and clogged. When they were done, they cleaned up and we had no leaks. Now, my kitchen sink drains easily. The best review of all is that my wife would want them back. We use them for plumbing, AC and heat. Always courteous and do a good job. And, always clean.

I have used Roscoe Brown in the past for my a/c and heating needs with good results. Now they are my go to company for any plumbing needs. Late one Friday afternoon I discovered I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom. I called Roscoe Brown and they said they would have someone right out. Within 20 minutes Franky Q. was at my house. He was able to locate and repair the leak quickly. Franky is a professional technician. His honesty regarding the work he performed saved me hundreds of $ and gained Roscoe Brown a new customer. Just had service done to my heat pump. Called Roscoe Brown this morning and within an hour they had Darren out to my house. Darren was very professional and friendly. Knew what he was doing and in no time had me up and running again. Looked everything over while he was here and suggested a springtime maintenance. I have been in Murfreesboro for 40 years and have never had a bad experience with Roscoe Brown company or employees. Top notch group of people. Thank you Darren for a job well done. I called Roscoe Brown and they were out that day an hour later. David was a great plumber. He was able to replace the water pressure regulator part quickly. He stayed to help me with my leaky faucet also. He educated me in the problems with my water heater about my thermal expansion unit. He also explained to me the fittings being used were cheap and the next time I get a water heater to replace them, and to drain my water heater once a year. He communicated very well and gave me a reasonable price for all the work he did.

Matt Powell came to my house to fix an inoperative AC unit. From discovery of the problem to technician at my house was under 30 minutes and no emergency service cost. Unbelievable... He was one of the most pleasant and enthusiastic people I have encountered in any service industry at any time. I want to hire him in my business! Technician Jim Woods was rapid in his notification of us and his approximate arrival time. He was courteous, efficient and solved our heating problems in a short matter of time with thorough explanation of the problems he found.
