We have been dealing with Clear Choice for the last 3 years. When we signed the contract, we were told it would take 2 days for the installation. The installation was done in one day. The first winter our gutters in the back came off the roof. After many calls, they finally came out. The installer told us they were not installed correctly and not reinforced enough. He reinstalled the rear gutters. It took us several more months of calls and pictures for them to come and fix the repairs to our deck that were damaged by the falling gutters. They never reinstalled or reinforced the gutters on the remainder of the house. Fast forward to this past winter. Gutters in the rear were pulled away from the house and gutters on both sides of the house broke and fell down. We are still waiting for them to come and reinstall the gutters and it is now May 29th. Funny thing is we had gutter guards on the gutters by the garage. Those gutters did not fall but the water ran over the top of the guard instead of going into the gutter. They also had installed a diverter to send the water from the roof toward the gutter but instead it sent it over the gutter again and into our house causing water damage to wall, ceiling and carpet. A guy came out to remove the diverter and we showed them the damages. That was last December, still waiting. We have also been told that the way they installed the gutter guards (covers), they nailed them to our roof, has voided our roof warranty. The new roof was installed by a different company a year or two before they installed the gutter covers. We have called them repeatedly with no return calls. Josh did call once, but we were not home. He left a message and we called back, but he has not returned our call. We went to a home show in April and were called and told we won $500 off work that we would have done by them. We explained to the person on the phone who was very nice and helpful that we did want gutter guards on the rest of the house but that the gutters have to be replaced and the rear gutters re-installed. He said we would have 2 separate appointments, one for the damaged gutters and one for the sales rep to measure the gutters for guards. The rep came out this past Tuesday and said yes, that the gutters were not pitched in the right direction in some areas and that they no longer use the gutter guards that we currently have. He said he would speak to the owner, Josh, about coming out to see the damaged gutters and he also saw the damages to the interior of our home. 2 days later we receive a call from the office to set up an appointment to install the gutter guards. How are they going to install gutter guards on gutters that are missing on 2 sides of the house and gutters that are not attached to the rear of the house? The girl told us she would have Josh call us back. We are still waiting. Our next step is the Better Business Bureau. We cannot have the other damages from this past winter to our home repaired until the gutters are reinstalled, replaced, etc. Josh, if you are reading this, please contact us to rectify this problem.

I have to say the company did a fantastic job on my home. They replaced the roof with the Owens Corning roof system and they added gutters as well as gutter covers. I was impressed with their professionalism and felt they communicated throughout the entire process. The demonstration process that made me buy the products was very informative. They gave me a price right there and it was in line with what I had received from other companies. I likes their professionalism so I went with them. Their team of installers were great. Cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time and my home looks beautiful. Everything was explained to me during the process. A couple of times, I had to call the office and their customer service rep got back to me in a timely manner. I found it was easier to email back and forth. Overall, I found them to be professional and knowledgeable, and I am very happy with them as a company.

We had vinyl siding installed on our house and a new slider installed. We are new to Massachusetts and have had very bad experiences with contractors that we hired to do other work. (Recommendations from Home Advisor and Thumbtack). We were a little skeptical when approached by a representative from Clear Choice but decided that we would go for it. We were not disappointed this time. We were constantly updated as to the status of the job. The work was done professionally. The crew that did the siding were extremely professional, knew what they were doing and did the job right. The project manager explained to us why things were done the way they were and wanted us to be completely satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend Clear Choice to anyone that needs home improvements done. I wish we had known about them sooner. We are very satisfied with the job.

We made first contact at the Fryeburg Fair. A lady then came out to the house to give an estimate, and she said the installers would come for a more precise measurement and consultation before the actual installation. This step never occurred. The installers were competent and polite, but when it turned out that the diagram of the first lady was very confusing and left out an important section of the covered gutters, the home office told them not to adjust the job by shifting some of the gutters from less important areas to cover this gap. The gutters they did install worked fine, but we were not pleased with the total result or the lack of any flexibility to satisfy our requests. Also, the installers did not clean up afterwards and we were picking up nails and pieces of metal from the lawn for a long time.

I cannot believe how POOR your customer service is. My Dad ordered siding at the beginning of September 2013. They still have not come. Here it is January 12th 2014. They kept changing the date. Now they wont return phone calls. UNBELIEVABLE....My dad was diagnosed with a stage 4 Glioblastoma brain tumor at the end of September. He was operated on October 1st. My mother passed away at the end of October. He has been going through chemo and radiation and has been trying to stay warm. We thought he would be all set for the winter with the siding..YEAH RIGHT!!!!. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!! Will be reporting to the better business bureau as well.

We just had our roof replaced, could not have asked for better service. The salesman was thorough, explaining the services, the Project Manager, Brian, was very professional, the crew that came to install the roof was great -- every possible step was done not to damage shrubbery, all roof debris was removed, the team is a power house of efficiency, they were on time, courteous and hard working. We appreciate the service provided by Clear Choice Home Improvements and do not hesitate to recommend them. Their prices are reasonable.

My bathroom install went great. I love my finish product. I had a few issues when it came to my shower door, I picked a shower door glass that we did not like and did not realize it until the day of install. The company was nice enough to order the glass we did want and came right out to finish the install. I cannot express how happy we are with the look of our new bathroom. This company not only showed great professionalism but also great customer service.

Professional and friendly! Very easy to work with, from the salesperson to the the installers. Michelle coordinated our install from beginning to end to ensure complete satisfaction. She was timely with callbacks and went the extra mile to rectify a minor snaffoo during installation. The installation crew was knowledgeable, thorough and super tidy! They paid attention to details (like caulking) and left the space spotless.

We had them replace the gutters on our house. Now instead of having ice built up on the deck that we have to climb over, we have a nice clean surface. Gutters are sturdy and the service was fantastic. The installation crew hit one issue with our house but was able to resolve it fast and efficiently and it ended up looking better than the original plan. Great company and people!

Clear choice representatives were very knowledgeable in the measurement and estimate of the cost and installment of our new gutter protectors. The installer was great! So far the gutter protectors have worked well in the rain and keeping the dirt and leaves out of the gutters. We would highly(and have) recommended this company to others.
