Very pleased overall with my experience. Mehran was very helpful in describing the options available and relative costs and benefits -- he was very knowledgable and straightforward. Their pricing was fair and competitive. There were a few bumps with the actual installation -- the crew was late and later delayed due to a problem with a piece of equipment, but we were kept well informed of the reasons for the delays and revised ETA. When the crew arrived, they were polite and professional, explaining everything that they were doing, following up with cell phone photos and explanations of what was done. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and left our house just as clean as when they arrived. Overall, quite satisfied.

Did a great job. This is the first time I saw foam insulation, quite a bit of science goes into it. They spent time to make sure the mixture was right in weight and consistency before installing in the walls. It does not expand like the spray on stuff and is noise reducing. The workers answered all my questions and gave me status updates as the went along. They used an infrared camera to show me all the way around the house after install to show me no cold spots were showing through (summer install).

USA Insulation of Central Maryland delivered all that they promised. I know that because they give you a detailed description of what they plan to do, then provide photos of the work from start-to-finish. In my case, blown-in attic insulation. When I discovered afterwards that some screws attached to attic joists the workers had stepped on punched through the ceiling, they promptly sent someone out to repair the holes. Great customer service!

Our salesman Paul was very professional and friendly. Price was $100 lower than next lower quote. The installers removed the 60 year old fiberglass from our attic, vacuumed, sealed all openings, installed new bathroom fan vents, pulled floorboards and blew in new fiberglass insulation. They took time to cover up the floors where they walked and cleaned up after the job. We are very happy and would hire them again!

No sales pressure from Paul, on time scheduling, friendly staff, excellent clean-up and reasonable cost. Did exactly what contract required (sealing penetrations, adding baffles and blown-in insulation to attic)and explained the process when completed. Office calls from Loretta provided on time scheduling and reminders. Would recommend to anyone requiring these type services.
