First of all, their sales/tech representative, Ed Okonsky is one of their best company’s assets. Ed presented himself and Halco with professionalism and proved to be a “subject matter expert”. I was impressed with his ability to patiently absorb my (verbal) basic knowledge of HVAC and then further educate me on those things that I was not familiar with, to build my overall confidence in Halco. He respected my knowledge and did not try to intimidate me with his extensive knowledge base. Much appreciated! I had other HVAC companies come to my home to advise and quote. Although they were somewhat higher in price, we made the choice to hire this company. My wife and I are very happy with our decision. From the very start of initial consult, on to the expert install team they assigned to our home...Halco expertly and professionally installed an "A" coil and outside AC condenser. I can give no higher endorsement for this company, and the folks they sent out to complete our home project, regarding assessment, quotation (response in 24 hours) and install!! B. I have used Halco for many different projects and repairs. We planned to upgrade our heating/cooling in 2014 from hot water baseboard [heating oil] to a Geothermal System. Halco delivered and installed our system with only a couple of minor gliches that were corrected without hesitation. Three years now and the system performs better than we imagined! The second service we needed was our well pump replaced. Their technician went the extra mile and worked past his required shift to make sure the install was complete and working properly. We also had Halco install energy efficient windows and one double french door. All good. Thank You Halco! This company puts the customer first and guarantees all of their work to satisfy the customer. Yes, I will call them for future projects.

First off the technician Jason is fabulous, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff could use some modern equipment like a voice mail system since you can only leave a handwritten message for a scheduler, that they ultimately will never receive. They will leave you on hold, transfer you around several times, talk over you, make you repeat yourself 100 times for a simple statement, and drop a call after you been waiting for 10 minutes. They say the call is recorded, however, if they were actually doing quality call monitors they would be horrified. Lets get these girls some customer service training and quickly!! While I still have a full head of hair from ripping it out every single call....

We have used Halco for heating and plumbing jobs of all sorts for many years. They did an energy audit and a big insulation job; fixed many plumbing problems; installed water softener, hot water heater, water filtration, humidifier. We have an unusual oil/wood boiler that they tried to work on. That led to problems, but what I appreciated most was they candidly admitted they were not the right people for that job and refunded my money. Technicians are ALWAYS smart, friendly, and conscientious. Whenever they have to make a judgment call, they decide in my favor (finding economical ways to do things). I highly recommend this company.

I have been a HALCO customer for 14 years. When I bought my new house, HALCO gave me the best price on a new furnace and water heater installed. I signed up for the Gold plan so I get a free annual furnace inspection and reduced rates on any work that they do. The service team is great. I have had them here to address some plumbing issues.They are always polite, fully explain any problems and solutions and clean up when they are done! I especially like the peace of mind that if there is a problem with my furnace, I can call them 24 hours a day! I recommend them to all my friends!!

I have always had positive experience each time Halco service people have come to my home. I’ve had a heating system installed, and some plumbing work done. I also had them come out and give quotes on solar power. Every person they sent has been courteous and very knowledgeable. I will be doing business with Halco and no other!
