I wish to start off by saying Dr. Leaf Guard services are fantastic. I will also start off that I hate reviews of companies that are like “Good Service” or “Highly recommend” and that’s it. So if you actually want a review, please read mine. As owners of our first home, we realized we needed some new insulation in our attic to prepare for the frozen Wisconsin Winters. With that being said, we shopped around a few places and obtained a few quotes. One service out of De Pere came to the house, looked around the attic, was here for 5 minutes and priced us with a quote that was “pretty cheap.” Not exactly the most friendliest guy out there either. I had Dr. Energy Saver quote me, and honestly I expected a quick look around, and be gone. That was not the case. The employee was in our attic between 15-20 minutes examining it thoroughly. He reported to my wife and I what he found in my attic on his laptop and Ipad to physically show us what’s going on. He found that we actually had some venting issues, insufficient insulation, drafting issues, mice in our attic, and also an electrical issue since our house was built in 1911. He explained the problem, and how to fix it. Problems the other services failed to mention. Overall the quote lasted about an hour to and hour and a half and I actually learned a lot. I obtained a quote that was at the top of our budget. However, based on excellent customer service and the knowledge of the staff we decided to go with Dr. Energy Saver over all the competitors. Yeah, the other guys were almost three times as cheap, but Dr. Energy Saver was three times worth it. We set up a date, and another team did our insulation and fixed the other problems I mentioned. They were on time, professional, and extremely helpful. They blew in the insulation, and we can definitely feel the difference in our house. As I said, our house in over 100 years old and when we purchased the house it had “wood chip” insulation in our attic. Now we have the latest and greatest and can for sure feel the difference. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Dr. Energy Saver. They are class act Company, with the employees that have experience and great customer service skills. If funds are limited, they may be on the top of your budget however; you will not be disappointed with their services. Why pay the companies who will give you a “cheap fix” and have problems down the line when Dr. Energy Saver can do it right the first time.

I recently had my crawlspace redone with the clean space liner. I did not get the Sanidry and am monitoring the humidity level. Everything went smoothly and the result is excellent. Ed and Andy (the installers) were friendly and professional. Eddie (the sales rep) was thorough in his assessment of my home and patient with my many questions. I never felt pressured to purchase their product or services.The office personnel are friendly, and the overall cost was reasonable and competitive. In light of the above, I highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver by LeafGuard, Neenah WI.

The employees from sales to laborers are professional and efficient. Eddie came, took pictures of the crawl space and explained the problems and possible solutions. When they came to remove, replace, and install, there was no additional mess for me to clean. Dr. Energy is worth the cost because of their professionalism and follow-up. They continued working on the project until I was satisfied with the job done. Nice people.
