My civil rights violated, I sought counsel and wanted counsel I could trust. I needed to place my entire situation behind me as soon as possible, still feeling the trauma from my violations, I wanted to move on with my life. If I wanted to, I was assured by Mr. Routsis I could re-open the case for lawsuit at a later date. Was I treated as a victim for another’s purpose? I do not know. What was important to me, was to place the entire personal incident in my past, and have the businesses learn from their situations where needed. Those businesses I have dealt with, now have histories of violating the civil rights of a client, and a case dismissal until the records are sealed. Because we learn as we grow, it is my sincere hope, now I and other consumers will be safer from the same treatment in future events. Generally not a litigeous person, I am equally able to make concessions on this personal general rule of thumb. Yet we need attorneys as Mr. Routsis to accomplish our goals in full. I am only able to concentrate on my future because Mr. Routsis allowed me to, when taking care of my legal situation. Mr. Routsis is the penultimate professional and with whom a pleasure to do business! I would not hesitate to contact him again, should I need legal counsel. I rate him so high, if only because he effectively reduced my angst of the legal dramas I hate so much, while mitigating all negative outcomes!
