i was recently charged with careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, battery on a LEO, and resisting arrest with violence. Don was very honest with how he could help and very determined to win my case. At the same time he asked a reasonable price for his work. He had careless driving, leaving the scene, and battery on a LEO dropped. even still, when the state offered jail time for resisting arrest, his constant vigilance let me off with probation. i would highly recommend Mr.Waggoner to fight your case.
