I called on 7/5/2016 to get some information about an upcoming court case. I am unfamiliar with this process and was calling to get some insight. I spoke with a paralegal who was extremely rude and kept cutting me off every chance that she got. She was very rude and very adamant that she was right in her statement but if she would have let me finish, she would have had updated information which would in turn would have helped me out. I hope this is not a reflection on everyone that works at that office but this was a horrible experience.
