In November 2016 we experienced an unfortunate even of a vehicle driving into our home at Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. Not only a portion of the garage was damaged, but the impact caused the main water line to be fractured and our home was flooded. We have a great respect for the office of Jeremy Mueller of State Farm. He personally attended the process of insurance adjustment to assure all was done properly and in a timely matter. We also learned the HOA insurance coverage was not sufficient and we were very fortunate to have the supplemental State Farm coverage for the building and the content. We learned a few very important facts about the process and the coverage. Some of these include the fact the minimum legal liability for an auto policy in Arizona is only $10,000 and the HOA policy has a large deductible and depreciation for its claims. State Farm acted as a secondary policy and it did cover all additional costs. Great job Jeremy and again we thank you for your input during this difficult process. Jeremy Mueller state farm provides un-beatable customer service and follow up. Not only is his staff very responsive, but Jeremy himself picks up the phone even when you call in on Saturday. He personally follows up with his customers and makes sure they know we are important to him. My insured vehicles have been involved in a few accidents and my vehicles have gotten fixed with no hassle what so ever. I pick the repair shop, I mange the repair, and Jeremy fits the bill! You can also count on these guys to get you the best possible rate available to you, and when an emergency happens, they will stand by your side and ensure you are taken care of. I have nothing negative to say about Jeremy Mueller State Farm. I would suggest this insurance agent to anyone who wants no hassle insurance, and wants peace of mind that they are truly getting the insurance that they are paying for.

I can not thank Jeremy Mueller and his team enough for not only saving me money on my auto insurance, but for their amazing care and respect for all clients regardless of the size of the policy. I was with Geico for many years and simply did not take the time to shop around until I purchased a new car and they told me my rate would be significantly higher. I already knew Jeremy and had been referring my clients to him for homeowners insurance and they were all so happy with his service I finally made the call. He took the time to go over all the details about coverage and why I needed it. This is the first time in 21 years of driving that I actually understand my policy and best of all I am saving $120 a month!!! Like in any business, there is no such thing one size fits all! Overall, State Farm is a reputable and people company, however, what makes such fact a reality is the work ethics of people on the front line. My Agent I work with, Jeremy Mueller and his staff, deliver a unique customer service, not only when you need them but, also when you make a contact with them for any reason. Personally, I always felt as if I was the only customer they serve and I like to specifically mention the wonderful staff member, Stephanie. Most of the times, for any matter I call about, she responds efficiently. She is a high caliber professional! State Farm are crooks, deceitful, not honest, will not listen to the customer and are not organized. They paid for a claim that was a fraud. The car we bumped had white paint on it. My vehicle is red, so is the other vehicle, red. They would not listen to anything I said and I am the customer. They listened to the other persons lies and paid a claim I disagreed with. I do not know the other persons name, address, phone number, nothing but she has everything on me. I will never use State Farm for the rest of my life. They are not honest!!
