In regards to one of the enployees Don Lorenzi. My mother in law has early onset alzheimers and was in car accident back in september. We had thought she had cancelled her car insurance at the time due to the car being totalled but it turned out it was not. I spoke to Don just over a week ago and he worked with us very well and was even able to get her payments rolled back so that she would receive the money back that had been continuously coming out of her limited bank account. I appreciate very much all he did. It was only a few days and he was able to call and say it had all been resolved. It was amazing and made my mother in law very happy. Which made me very happy. Indeed.
