Although I have banked with UCCU for over 10 years, I have recently had a terrible experience that has truly shaken my trust in UCCU. We recently applied to refinance our house. As the application process progressed, more and more errors were revealed that should never have happened. Finally, we ended our application process. A week later, we received a statement showing that our loan was denied, even though we had withdrawn our application. If we had worked with a neophyte and it was their first loan application, we would have just shrugged off the experience. We were working with a branch manager and to have that many errors happen with an experienced banking professional is unacceptable. We are now shopping for a new place to bank.
