Very friendly and personable staff. I have always felt taken care of at this bank. They have helped me rebuild my credit with a secured loan that required no money out of pocket. I also have had two car loans with them as well as checking and savings accounts. Never had any problems with their online service and my paychecks are always deposited in a timely manor. My only minor complaint is that sometimes I encounter long lines at their Plum Creek branch.

Very friendly and very helpful tellers and loan officers. Went to see about a debt consolidation loan before I was a member, and Shannon was more than happy to find solutions to get me back on track financially and help guide me in getting out of debt the quickest. Everyone else has been just as courteous and helpful, offering tips and suggestions, even just for the website.

This credit union is a complete SCAM. If you are currently working or doing any banking with them, report them, and stop your loans and/or banking. They are a total rip off and will quietly charge you fees and deduct money from your account for no reason at all without any warning whatsoever. DO NOT TRUST THESE JOKES WITH ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Worst in on line banking. They hold direct deposits until 10 am when they can confirm them. This is the only bank I have dealt with that did that. On line balance information is slow to up date. Transactions from 3 to 4 days past will not show up. They love fees. My advice go else were.
