I have never been treated so poorly by an insurance company. I have a total loss claim. From the start my adjuster treated me as if i was a problem. Her speech got to the point of aggression when I asked for more information regarding the evaluation of my vehicle. Blue book value on my vehicle is $5470. Before the deductible they offered me $3249. I was told they used their own system to evaluate vehicles regardless of the consumer standards such as blue book or N.A.D.A. After a round of arguing I asked to talk to her supervisor. I was given his number but he did not answer or call me back. After a few weeks of this I finally gave in and agreed to settle. Weeks later I am still waiting to be paid.

I have fluid damage to my car I have called and spoke with Anthony Lewis (who is suppose to be my adviser) he is not constant he does not seem to know what he is doing Him nor Barbie which is the supervisor over him. They both have been giving me the run around every time I call the claims number or even their direct lines they never have updates. I have been going back in forth with no updates or Real response in regards to my claim over almost a month now they sent out in adjuster a week and a half and no one has got back to me after being promised a response in 24 to 48 hours this is the worst

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER I SPOKE WITH A REP BY THE NAME OF ESNEDA SHE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME, I WAS TOLD BY ONE REP THAT MY PAYMENT WOULD BE ACCEPTED IF I PAID THE NEXT DAY SO I CALLED TO PAY IT THE NEXT DAY IN I WAS TOLD I COULDNT SO I ASKED IF YAWL CAN PULL UP THE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH THE REP SHE CLAIM THAT THEY DIDNT RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION SO NOW IM LEFT WITHOUT INSURANCE ON MY CAR. Horrible horrible customer service in no one never returns your calls

got hit by one of their insured who prob doesnt have a valid dl , its been a month they are trying hard to not answer my calls, transferring me all over sending me to fax , voicemails etc. your better off getting through the President of the US

Terrible company. One of their policy holders hit me and was arrested for DUI. Now, two months later, I still have not gotten a payout and am having to take legal action.
