Not a pleasant experience! Picked this bank because of the great reviews and I cant say the same. I applied for a credit card, was told that I will receive it in 7 business days. 1 month and almost 2 weeks later I had to go in to pick up my card, because after I sent an email and asked for my card I was told they didnt know why I didnt received it, and asked me to go in to pick it up. When previously was told that they couldnt provide me a same day credit card. After I emailed back to let my sales associate know that my schedule was tight, never received a response back. Inconvenience overall!

She did her job well updated the information follow through and give me a courtesy call back. It was my pleasure into talking with her in meeting with her that make sure a five star employee

They sent me a pre-approved re-finance offer on my car and I was interested just to have my car financed locally. I filled out the form and all was complete, but I never heard from them. After several calls and emails, no one ever replied. Even if they were going to turn me down, they could have at least replied to one of my calls or emails...

Great rate on my auto loan but I have had horrible experience with paying. I have paid and posted both in my bank account and my auto loan account but still shows I owe the full amount. Called in on three occasions and they just tell they will leave a note for someone to call me. Never received a phone call.
