Pretty disappointed with the Customer Service I received from this credit union. It is like pulling teeth! My debit card expired 07/17. Instead of automatically issuing me a new card like most banks/credit unions do, I had to call and request one. A week and a half later, I call to check the status of the card order and was advised it was never sent out! The card representative (Jennifer) and manager (Gerty) figured this was somehow MY FAULT, and offered no apologies. I am now in the month of August and cannot access my funds with an expired card. Worst banking experience ever! Exploring new credit union options asap!

HCFCU is a credit union that is willing to help. The big banks and other credit union fall short in comparison to their superior customer service. I would recommend this credit union over any other credit union in Houston.
