I have had insurance with with them for past two years and up till today I thought they was a pretty good company. But that changed today. I became ill with chrons disease, i lost my job because of the time missed at work over my illness, funds are really tight,im having hardest time of my life at moment with no help or family. So i was late on my 100$ insurance payment, but i was able to pay following monday ,so i called to make first ever payment arrangement so my insurance/car regestration and my license wouldnt be suspended and there for cost me so much more money i just dont have. Well lady just was not interested in helping a 2 yr customer. She past me off by saying call another number which also turned out to be of no help. Theres no such thing as a valued long time customer with this company. They could care less if you have life issues or crisis,and will not work with you. So very disappointed in the lack of empathy and customer service. After reading all the reviews i was even more so disappointed in myself for not doing my home work. Also my rates never went down after every renewel,they kept going up. Never had tickets,never had any accidents. Choose wisley consumers,do your home work,trust the peoples reviews.

I was really satisfied with service last year I bought another car and called to start a new policy this year was told to go online to start quote I have 1 pip claim since 2014 same driving record from last year when they started my policy nothing has changed I was told that the company that insured me last year no longer takes drivers with pip claims I was fine with that reply until I went to another agency and the same insurance company that I was told was no longer taking drivers with pip claims accepted me with my 1 pip claim very disappointed with this agency and I will make sure to send everyone to stay bull insurance agency as they seem to know their business and work with you to get best rates.

It was over 10 years ago the first time I walked into Colucci Insurance to get my taxes done; I would have never thought the owner, Dan, would be the person to do them! I was so impressed to be greeted and taken care of by the owner-where do you ever see this happen???!! Dan took such great care of me that I still use him for taxes, homeowners insurance, car insurance, etc. and if I ever have any questions I call him and I get to speak directly to him!!! Dan is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy and friendly-I highly recommend him-he is my go to guy and suggest he be yours too!

This is a great insurance company in the Tampa.Temple Terrace area of Florida. They have written policies for my personal vehicles as well as Homeowners Insurance, Medical Insurance. I also have my fleet of business trucks and cars through Colucci Insurance. Highly recommend, there rates are great and customer service beyond my expectations.

I stop by the place needing a quote and i ask who do i speak to and one of the guys said im going to lunch and the other said sit down it will take like 10 mins before someone can help you...they didnt even ask me or welcome me as i entered..would not recommend or come again...
