I have had great experiences with Italiano Insurance. They have taken on insurance for older homes throughout our neighborhood which would otherwise not qualify for coverage. In fact Italiano was the only company that was able to provided coverage for my in-laws who lived on Prospect Road. They do the background work and look for solutions as such they try to provide the best most affordable coverage possible. Last year we left our previous carrier after 20 years because the policy went up over 300%. Yes you read that correctly 300%. I was absolutely SHOCKED to find out about this proposed increase. I immediately called Italiano for help. Also shocking was that the new premium had already been deducted from our escrow account....amazing. We cancelled our old policy and filed for an immediate refund....which we received 60 days later. Italiano came to our rescue and provided expert advice and an affordable insurance quote reducing our policy to a rate 15% less than our old policy (pre 300% increase), so that was a 315% reduction. I have found them to be personable, efficient, which is independent and locally owned and operated. Without their diligent assistance we would probably have been bogged down in the insurance quagmire even longer. I highly recommed them and their effecient, friendly and helpful staff.

She is amazing and familiar with my insurance needs. When I have a question she makes sure that I receive a response within 24 business hours.
