As stated numerous of times before, this company is #HORRIBLE!!!.# Our interest rate has gone up every year for the last 4 years. We are being billed for a BPO Disbursement that we had no knowledge of in the amount of $88. Every time we turn around their are additional fees added to the account! We pay a $114.33 into our escrow every month, and we also pay our housing insurance and personal property tax out of pocket. However, our escrow amount is only $189.00. So, were has my money gone to. Every time we call State bridge, we get no answer! My husband and I are going to file a complaint with the National Consumer Law Center immediately!

Horrible communication unable to take calls my loan was sold to this batch of incompetence with a small balance left and these people are holding my checks and doing every underhanded thing to not allow me to close the account or pay it in full. I have received late notices for amounts that do not match the prior months statements. I have perfect payment history on my credit report and these people are trying to ruin that too. I have reported them to the Feds stay away from this company if possible

Took 45 minutes for them to answer a simple question. Most of which was spent on hold. Unhappy they do not take electronic payments from my bank....seriously!? And they charged me late fees because of it. I can use their electronic payment for a $5 fee. Who does that? For a company trying to make money, they sure make it hard to make a payment. I think they go out of their way to make people late on their payment so that they can charge late fees. So unethical. Thanks for selling my loan Chase!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Statebridge acquired my mortgage from another company, and they are the incompetent, non customer focused company I have dealt with in the past 30 years. The phone techs chew gum in your ears, promise information they never deliver, and generally hard to work with. If my mortgage rate were not as low as it is, I would refinance just to get away from them. Terrible customer service!

My mortgage was transferred to statebridg from chase. Unfortunately right as I was selling my home. My home is now in escrow and neither me or the escrow officer can get anybody on the phone. I was awarded the home in a divorce and need a quit claim processed during the closing.....omg this company sucks.....sat on hold over an hour 3 times left messages 3 times no call backs yet

Any company that calls their customer "failures" for having situations beyond their control, and raises their interest rates to beyond realistic is not even worthy of one star. If you can avoid this company it is in your best interest to do so. If your mortgage ever gets sold to this company, prepare to refinance or move, they will screw you in every possible way.

Every phone call to them has resulted in a 15-20 wait when calling - at 7am PST! Not to mention their annoying cheesy hold music. Adding insult to injury is their horrible customer service and seemingly unorganized business operation. I HATE Chase for assigning the servicing of my loan to them.

Forget about trying to reach someone by phone. I called 9 times! 8 times I was on hold for 5 mins then call will automatically disconnect. Finally got through the 9th time. Took me calling all day. Hire more people if you want to keep acquiring mortgage loans!!!!!

Worse company ever. They sent back payments from address I was told to send monthly payments to. Therefore, I was charged late fees and they were starting foreclosure process. My credit is now ruined. Refinance ASAP if your loan is sold to them.

I have left multiple messages after waiting on hold for over an hour. No one ever calls back!. When you finally get someone on the line and try to get them to address those concerns then they are rude as hell!. I hate dealing with this company!

Paid off loan May 2016. Deed has not been transferred yet it is now February 2017.They said that they lost paper work. If loan was Sold to you, you got the paper work. Negative 5 stars.
