I took a friend’s advice to meet with Kyle Tambornini after terminating a contract with my previous personal injury attorney. It was a difficult case because I was in a major motorcycle accident two days after a major automobile collision. I have a traumatic brain injury (TBI) as a result of the accidents and the insurance company was able to convince my previous attorney that they were not willing to accept that the automobile accident contributed to the severity of my TBI. I was desperate when I first met with Kyle because I couldn’t find an experienced personal injury attorney willing to take over the case. Kyle was straightforward with me about the difficulties of the case and I felt like he was genuinely concerned for my well-being. I remember him telling me during that meeting that his clients leave happy and he was true to his word. He was ultimately able to recover the maximum policy limits for both accidents and secure a total waiver of my reimbursable medical expenses. I worked primarily with Kyle’s paralegal (Kurt McCrum) and he was very professional and treated me like an old friend. He spent a lot of time going through the mountain of medical records and did an outstanding job and was very detailed with his communication to all parties concerned. These gentlemen are passionate about their work and care about the people they represent. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle Tambornini to a friend or family member who was in need of legal services of any kind, and certainly friends or family who need an experienced and compassionate personal injury attorney.

My attorney Kyle Tambornini is the best in Sacramento! He is awesome! After 6 years fighting the insurance attorney for permanent injury I inquired at work back in 2008. The insurance company treated me like a rag-doll in the hands of a child on Christmas morning (tossed and throw all over the place). I decided to call Eason & Tambornini after I saw their many positive reviews on Yelp and Google. I must say that I am very disappointed with the level of customer service by part of their front desk person. In February, I had made an appointment for a phone consultation and took the time off for it. On the day of my appointment, I never recieved the call from the attorney as I was told by a young woman names Melia. I waited about 10 minutes before calling to find out why I hadnt heard from the attorney only to find out that I was never even on the calendar! I thought it was understandable and mistakes happen so I call again in March to schedule another appt and requested a phone consult just like the last time since I work in Rocklin during the week. I was told by Melia tha she would have to check with the attorney if a phone consult was acceptable. She said she would call me back that day to confirm but never did. I, myself, am a Paralegal at a law firm and find this very disturbing.

I was in a horrible crash involving a fleeing felon who was evading the police when the police car crashed into me and totaled my Mercedes. I contacted Kurt at Eason & Tambornini and within five months received the policy limits from my uninsured motorist carrier in addition to policy limits from my med pay carrier. I could not be happier with the efforts Kurt McCrum and Matthew Eason have made so far on my case and would definitely refer persons for car crash cases to this experienced and highly competent personal injury attorney and his paralegal.
