This law firm is horriable never returning phone calls and then after wr pay all the fees took forever to have our signing meeting and then i asked the attorney when signing about a lien we had on our tax return she said it would be included in our filing as a debt, i said i wanted to make sure we hadnt filed yet for the fact we truley needed the money and shr kept assuring me they couldnt touch it and that after we left she would be filing our bankruptcy and thatbit would be fine to file our taxes that day which was 07/13/2016 so i waited till laster that day and then filed then i get a letter on 07/29/16 from irs saying ny tax return was being garnished. So i call amerio on 08/01/16 to find out whats going on, im gave the run around and then finally someone calls me back 08/02/16 and adiffernt attorney informs me i must have misunderstood that there is no way itcan be included and then informa me my bankruptcy was never filedand that i am missing paperwork that they need to being in before it can be filed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! So i was lied to anf my case was never filed to and was never made aware of them needing more paper work i was told i haf everything needed and it would be filed on 07/13/2016 so here it is 20 days later case not filed and now im out $8113 from my tax return im a low income family i needed that money to catch up on bills get my car foxed and buy my kods school clothing and beds wow. Wish i epuld have picked a differnt attorney office. Dont spend your hard money of this joke of an office. they seem to have a track record for doing people wrong just check out yelp

My experience with them throughout my paper work and process was always a FIVE star service. Very helpful and nice staff helping through everything. Even though Amerio Law Firm is not going to be filing my BK because of my relocation to a different State they still refunded me my money that I have paid them with no problems. I cannot stress enough how GREAT the AMERIO LAW team is and if I could give more stars I would.

It was the most worst experince I have ever had. I need a loan on my case and Ashley Amerio refused to sign the paper work if I could give her a 0 I would the lady at the front desk is rude and theu never return your calls and they are NOT FAMILY ORIENTED AT ALL THEY ARE LIARS.
