This is a garbage place of business. There is a shorter wait at the DMV and they will lie to you about requirements over the phone and waste your time. And if you are late on your tags the employees will make snarky judgemental comments to make you feel like an idiot for not being able to afford it yet. They act like government employees with no regard or concept of customer service who get off on this ill conceived delusional concept of "power" that they have. I will be switching insurance.

Took almost 2 hours to get my registration sticker. Everybody working here only cares about selling insurance or selling BS cruises. Average workers age is 75 and move like snails. Edna was cool once i got to the back but the Hispanic old lady at the front said next time to the dmv then. What am i paying memerbership fees for then stupid.

I whet into the corona location today expecting to pay a lot in fees for an old truck that I own thats been sitting and needing work and was assisted by Edna who was able to lower my fees considerably. I received the best customer service and so much help by her and I want for her to get all the recognition as possible.

This AAA office is the best. The size is not big but they got everything they need. The customer service is nice. I went there three times and never had long waiting period. Pleasant feeling!! Thanks!! AAA+

Even over the phone extremely helpful, nice & pleasant. The best way to do title transfers, etc...compared to dealing with the dmv - no comparison!

Agree with others, this is what DMV should be! That service alone is worth the membership fee. All the people there are super nice and helpful.
