We had a great experience with Kroll. We purchased a house full of Windows from them this spring. The sales person that came out was patient and knowledgeable as that was our first quote we had scheduled. He thoroughly explained everything and we decided we would purchase. We paid a third a up front and the communication did not stop there. I am a person that has a lot of questions and I like to be able to reach my sales person and that is what occurred through the whole process. Once our windows are finished got a call to schedule our instillation and on the day we scheduled the installer came. One thing that concerned me was that Kroll says they only have Kroll employees install your windows and that was not the case. The gentleman that installed was a contractor from the company that produces the windows. We discussed this and decided to let him continue and he did a fantastic job. One other issue was the incorrect color of marble looking sills were ordered, I noticed immediately as they started to put them in and caught it before they caucked. Installer spent a while on the phone and found our color and came back the next day to finish the project. The sills a few chips on them, so I called and they came back within a few days and replaced all the sills I had an issue with. So overall we had just a few small issues but they were corrected quickly and with quality. Krolls price is a little higher but you get a great warranty, good windows, and good service.

I am increasingly displeased with the service of Kroll construction. 3 years ago I needed to have my roof replaced. I knew it was in poor shape. The quote was bait and switch. I was initially quoted in the low 4K range and halfway through the project Kroll more than doubled the price because decking needed to be replaced. It was known the boards were in poor condition. The quote should have been more accurate. Within the first year a single fell off. Meanwhile at the hall of justice since they have my cell number I get sales calls. Recently, I placed a service call (this is about 3 years after the roof was installed). I was told it would take at least two weeks for someone to show up at my house. Two weeks pass. No one showed up, but I did get another sales call from Kroll. I called Kroll to inquiry when someone was coming over. The story changed. I was informed there would be a 125 dollar service fee. It is ridiculous. $125 to send someone to my house despite the fact I am 4 miles away from HQ and already I paid them over 8K. I called Kroll out on their poor service. I told Kroll that two weeks and I have not even received a followup call. I was apologized to, but this does not negate incompetence. Overall, I am not pleased and regret I did not conduct business with another company.

Kroll Construction replaced my roof! What a GREAT Experience I had dealing with Kroll Construction from start to finish and beyond. I talked to Kroll at the Livonia Building Show along with others, and was very pleased with the long history of the company, family owned, local business . Joe Mullet came out to the house, went over every aspect of the replacement, listened to my concerns, taught me what I needed to know, asked the right questions. KROLL was the right choice, right fit. – The quote was complete and fair, no hidden items, everything spelled out, and the CREW they sent out lead by Mohammed were top notch PROFESSIONAL. They arrived early, ready to work. Started at 8AM by 11AM they were cleaning up … (yes it was a small ranch… but it is HOME) and then new gutters, the next day. I HIGHLY Recommend Kroll Construction! I already have more worked scheduled with them … next up fixing a troubling window issue for me … and then I need to think about the next project. We are very happy with the job that Kroll Construction did with our Siding Project. Our house needed new siding pretty badly, and they helped us every step of the way to get us the look and price we wanted and worked for us. They gave us a time frame on getting the job completed and stuck to what they said. The job went very smoothly and the workers were great with answering any questions we had, and helping us with any other requests or issues that came up. We are very satisfied with the way it turned out. it makes out home look like a brand new house.

Called to inquire about a roofing job I needed to get done. I heard they were family owned and operated local business so I decided to call in. Josh, who i talked to, was extremely informative on all my questions and concerns I had regarding my roof. We walked around my house for an inspection. I decided to go with Kroll Construction to replace my roof. They did a fantastic job, friendly staff, along with having a clean working environment before, during and after the project. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done.

The rep Mickey was very helpful and described the experience accurately. The work was completed as described. The workers cleaned up everything. The financing was explained and final billing used up all of the available funds. That was the only disappointment. The quote maxed out our finances, adding another $300 to the final bill. We are happy with the final results and will use Kroll again in the future.

Had gutters installed (gutter guard or gutter helmet....something like that) and they left the ends open so birds started nesting under the gutter guards. Called Kroll and they came out and finished off the poor workmanship and THEN CHARGED ME FOR THEIR SHODDY WORK REPAIR. Also my chimney has dark stains running down it now because the water isnt diverting correctly. On top of that its nearly impossible to find anyone to clean these things. Bad experience.

A personal friend recommended Kroll Construction he had them replace roofs on this rental homes as well as his personal home. My experience with the Kroll Construction Roof and Gutter Crews was excellent. I thoroughly explained what I wanted for both the gutter and roof the salesman missed the extra roof vents I requested, but Kroll Construction made it right and put them in. I highly recommend Kroll Construction.

I got the Gutter Glove put on my gutters and I am very pleased. The estimator that came to the house was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed us different samples and explained the benefits of the product. After the installation, the work looked great and they left no mess behind. I will be getting quotes from them in the future for other home improvement projects.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there is no negative star option. avoid this company. They did a horrendous job and when I had the salesmen out to show them they tried to talk me into completing the job myself and taking off a small amount from the total. Still trying to resolve this after 6 months. A joke of a company.
