I contacted Velocity Credit Union for a used auto loan. Thinking the car I wanted was too old, (11 years old) I thought that I would immediatley be turned down. The woman advised me on the phone that as long as the value was there, they would give me the loan. To my suprise she approved me for the loan over the telephone and they made the process extremely easy! After that, my son being a student in college, I referred him and he was also able to obtain a student loan for a used car. Again they made it extremely easy while also boosting his almost non-existant credit way up. Since then we have both paid off our cars and have referred numerous people to Velocity. I have also switched my checking and bill pay to them and am saving a lot in bank fees from my last bank. I highly recommend them, thier professionalism and kindness to myself and my son when we went to the Gardens branch to complete all of the vehicle paperwork.

Unfortunately, this bank and its personnel after my mothers passing provided in my strongest opinion, the most inhospitable, rudest, imoral, unethical and unlawful business services/practices I have ever experienced from a bank! My attorney provided all legal and necessary documents, and this banks response was: Ignore, defy, stall and refuse to speak with me to use account funds to pay her exspences after notification of passing! Instead of compassion, her accounts were secured, all autopay services were suspended (i.e. utilities) that created chaos. After this exteamly negative experience I would tell anyone interested in banking with Velocity to think twice, and bank elsewhere for their and their familys security!

I have been with Velocity since it was Florida Aircraft Federal Credit Union. I started off with just a savings account when I was about 11 years old. Not one time have myself or my family had any problems with them. They are always very helpful, and I love that when I go in, everyone remembers me by name and says hi. Recently I brought my husband in to open an account and they also helped me open an account for my son. I recommend this bank to everyone I know when asked for good banks in the area. Velocity is definitely a life long institution.

Velocity Credit Union is the absolute best. I have been a member for several years. I have purchased several vehicles and financed them through Velocity. I have always received exceptional service from Melissa and they have always been able to beat the rates given by competitors. Decided to switch to Velocity from TD Bank because I wanted to do business with a local company. Very happy with my decision. Convenient locations, and easy to access ATMs for any necessary transactions. You can also make deposits using an app if you have iPhone/Android capabilities. I just became pre-approved for a mortgage loan as well.

I have had wonderful experiences with Velocity the tellers and associates are always friendly and helpful! My Debit card was recently compromised they were quick to resolve the issue and get me a new card. I also have my Auto loan threw Velocity they gave me a very low interest rate.
