Every time I vome into one of these branches I am left with a bad taste in my mouth. They are constantly rude to me and tell me one thing just for me to find out a week later that it was incorrect. They have messed up my policy every single time I go in and I have to call the insurance company myself to try and fix it. This is the worst broker I have ever gone through and I do not recommend coming here. Take your business elsewhere because they are consistently unproffesional when interacting with customers and constantly changing their fees based on the customer. When I had an older car they would tell me endorsement fees for 20 dollars then when I got a new vehicle a week later they went to about 100 dollars to add a vehicle to a policy which I have done before and still recieved the 20 dollar endorsement fees. These people are frauds.

I called, but very hesitant for a quote and information on a ticket i received a few months ago. I spoke to Mike who was very informative, patient and put me at ease. I found myself asking more questions then I thought I really had. I decided to go in and Mike had just left for lunch, but then I Spoke to a Jose Valdez who gave me the same customer service! I did open the new policy, they worked with they payments and i walked out with the necessary documents i so urgently needed. I want to thank you very much for all the time and patience. Most important, the patience.

If freeway insurance issued you an insururer & policy, never visit their office again. Youre not obligated to. Simply call your insurer and save a lot of money. A broker at freeway insurance was charging me $100 to add a vehicle to my policy plus the premium. I called my insurer and added the vehicle myself for free & only paid the premium. What these brokers do is they charge their labor on you & talk you into their highest premium.

I went in i was a lil upset because i got a bill for 146 when i usually pay 86..Alex the manager took care of me she shopped around and gave me the best deal.i ended up getting insurance for two cars for less than 80.00!! I usually never give reviews but she went above and beyond on Customer Service..i walked out saving money and with a smile!Thanks Alexandra!

Super happy with my experience at Freeway Insurance. I spoke with Janet and she was extremely polite and professional. She answered ALL of my questions thoroughly and I even got to answer a few of her own, once we got to talking about my profession. She was very pleasant throughout the entire process.
