I was in an automobile accident on August 2016. I promptly called John Foy because they had represented my sister before and she was satisfied with the results.. My attorney was Mr. Kevin McDonough and his secretary was Laura Hetherington. A long story short I was advised to seek chiropractic treatment which I did for several months. Now that I am done with my treatment and everything, he calls me to tell me that he is finally drafting a demand package and that he is looking for the biggest dollar. That is fine with me as long as you know how to negotiate. The very next response I got from him was that the insurance company denied my demand package because he was asking for too much money and he did not know how to negotiate. WHAT AN AMATEUR! He then stated that he did not feel that my case was worth going to trial over, mind you he had been representing me since August and here it is March of 2017. Not only did I waste my time going back and forth to the chiropractor seeking treatment and having incurred a bill there, but my sister was cut a check right from the beginning of the accident because she did not go to the chiropractor bc of her pregnancy. If I had just settled from the beginning with the insurance company on my own I would have come out a whole lot better. I got off work early and I put a lot of miles on my car and used a lot of gas traveling from Gwinnett County to a Candler Road chiropractor.

I was in a very bad HEAD ON COLLISION back in AUGUST.I suffered a crushed right foot,my left foot was broken in three place as well as muliple contusions and frratures.I called John Foy and they sent someone immediately to my home.Because with the extent of my injuries I couldnt drive and my car was total.They had great professionalism and got on my case immediately.My Paralegal was Ms.Keresa Taylor when i tell you this woman was GREAT.SHE WAS GREAT!!ANY QUESTIONS I HAD,ANYTHING I DIDNT UNDERSTAND,OR IF I JUST NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CASE.Keresa was wonderful and informative.Keresa called and checked on me.Keresa kept me abrupt of my settlement offers and so forth.Keresa Taylor my Paralegal and my attorney Mr.Johnson were more than what i expected.Attorneys are usually so impersonal i thought but not at John Foy.Even Mr.Foy himself made sure i received my check accurately and I am so thankful to there team.Keresa you were the light at the end of my tunnel.Thank you soooo much.I would recommend them to anyone that has been in a accident because they truly are the Strong Arm.Against the insurance company and helping you in and during such a stressful time. Last year I was involved in a big rear-end collision and incurred great physical injury in my neck and lower back. The accident was so great that my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company and received a check for the value of my car at the time. However, I did not receive any compensation for the rental car I had been using while I my car was being inspected nor insurance wanted to cover for my chiropractor visits that I needed to relieve my pain. This is when I decided to get a lawyer. They were very professional in handling my case and prompt with responding to every question that I had in regards to my situation. I no longer felt that the insurance company was taking advantage of my situation and felt relieved to be in good hands without needing to do any work from my side. Within two months since my case was received, Patty Kim was able to have my insurance company pay out the expenses for my chiropractor visits, the rental car, and the some. I am very happy with the experience that I had with Patty and Hana and would recommend to any of my friends and family when dealing with a similar situation.

Ms.Sabrina Gillani was great I was so pleased with her She made me feel like I was her most important case She always was honest So because of that I was never was concerned about the case knowing she would take care of all issues while getting the most dollars in the fastest amount of time I felt so good I ask her if she handled other legal matters as I need a will update She said no but gave me a number of an attorney who did wills Will use Foy and Assc. and Sabrina if I have a car crash Also as a note to Mr Foy and the management You run a nice firm Note Its not just for money that most people that have an auto accident call an attorney certainly not I As the the biggest reason I wanted an attorney was to deal with the insurance adjusters jerks even at my own insurance company as I have Med Pay So let people know if they have any medical issues to call your firm as even most of my doctors said they would do as well just to avoid the hassle The money is icing on the cake Ask for Sabrina she cares and will take care of you Thanks William D

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!! They will take your money no matter how bad you are injured. This place is a ripoff! They took most of my settlement, let medicare pay my medical bills, took money for hidden fees and tried to lie and cheat me out of the few bucks I had left. You have to settle your own personal property claim and handle all the preliminaries yourself. They sued two insurance companies on my behalf but I only received compensation from one. They refused to tell me anything about the second settlement. I had to threaten to go to the Bar association and the local news media to get the few pennies I received from them. John Foy has to know this is going on under his name. I have filed a complaint against him and his firm and I urge you all to do the same. He is definitely "The Strong Arm" against his own clients!

I would not recommend this firm. Linda Allen is very nasty. I requested to have John Foy to call me due other attitude and she basically told me he was untouchable and did not speak with clients. She had the office manager to call my wife and I and she was ghetto. After my wife voiced her opinion and advised she was contacting the GA State bar, we then received a termination letter. A couple days later, we received a email from John Foy welcoming us to his firm and saying it was nice to have met us. Needless to say, it was a computer generated letter. Its really terrible that a firm would take you through so much and they were only our lawyers for a couple of hours I WOULD NOT DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND JOHN FOY!!!!

I called right after my accident and they sent a representative to meet me, when and where it was convenient for me. They explained every detail throughout the entire process and I never had to call them for an update, they always followed up to keep me informed. At the end, when a settlement was agreed, my attorney working for Mr. Foy even surprised me with getting my medical bills dropped by $3,000...which means that money went in my pocket, along with the rest that had been agreed upon.
