Now that I have worked with Kristy Van Lanen and Cornerstone Mortgage I cannot imagine going anywhere else. My wife and I purchased our first home and recently refinanced with Kristy and she was so helpful, taking the extra time to explain the process and answer our questions. On top of it all, Kristy went out of her way to help me (as a veteran) receive home purchasing benefits and navigate the VA Loan process which can be extensive. The best way to describe the whole process is comforting. I could call Kristy any time and ask a question or get clarification. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, personable and easy to work with. Our experience with Kristy Van Lanen and Cornerstone Mortgage was spectacular. We have recommended our family and friends there, specifically to her, and will continue to!
