This company has sold by Husbands life insurance policy to a non relative which is illegal and unethical. We have tried calling them for years to regain his policy rights however they are uncooperative and will not provide any information. My husbands father purchased the policy for him and when he died the policy went to my husband who in turn signed it over to his mother however they never got the insurance claim took payments from her and now declined offering him any assistance. They will commit a crime blatantly and think the regular laymen can not do anything about it because they are a large insurance company. Well Thank God above for the internet and the ability to find attorneys that will fight for us.

I work here and have been working here for some time now. Time in and time out I get lots of customers cancelling from other companies from not being told it was a term policy or their relative was dropped. They also love how we are an insurance company and also help with the funeral which no other life insurance conpany does. I see these negative reviews and have checked on them and I see none of these filed on the BBB website for me to authenticate or to even validate to help these families. I struggled for years and I work a legit company that changed my life and many other lives as well.

The truth that not recommend this insurer took almost three months and just putting pretexts and when they sell and collect money there if they do but when you need the service will not pay offer are very poor and do not meet.

I have requested that they stop sending me mail and to remove me from their list but to no avail. They continue to harass with unwanted mail and even 3 visits. This must stop. Not interested on the funeral insurance they are offering If they keep on sending me mail I will file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau and file an official claim with the Postmaster.

Great company! When I call I always speak to a live person. The funeral guardianship is a service like no other. Just make sure you ask your agent to explain the policy before you assume it does everything it does not. But they do do exactly what they promise. I would recommend this to anyone including family.
