I want to compliment Ms. Christina Hegge of the Tempe, AZ office. I called this office to get a quote for insurance and to discuss returning to Geico. I had this insurance in the past and really enjoyed the prompt services when I was in an accident a few years back. When Ms Christina answered the phone, her radiant personality and pleasant smile came through with flying colors. I am so happy to say she made the experience so PLEASANT AND STRESS FREE WITHOUT the normal insurance company runaround. To her supervisor and to the company President, this young lady represents your company with excellence and she does it very well and it was genuine, sincere and seemed effortlessly done with a smile. If she is not in the training department, she certainly should be. If all your employees are even close to how she represented your firm, then you have nothing to worry about. Excellent, excellent customer service skills. My phone call was so worth it. Her pleasant personality and wonderful demeanor came through with flying colors and her smile was radiant even through the phone (yes, it is worth mentioning again). It is not often we are greeted with such pleasantness over the phone. But I am so happy that I made the call and she answered the phone. Great job Ms Christina. I hope Geico appreciates and values you for the wonderful work you do.

After having two serious car accidents that were not my fault, 5 months apart from each other last year, my previous insurance company (State Farm) was trying to raise my rates to over $500/mo. because they had a hard time getting reimbursed by the at fault drivers and they decided to come after me. I decided to break away from the family plan that I was on with my parents and get my own car insurance under ONLY my name. I stopped in to the local GEICO office in Tempe and met with Christina to get an auto quote. She was very nice and helped me to get exactly the same coverage as what I had with State Farm, and explained everything so that I would understand what I was purchasing. I left to shop around with different companies and ended up returning to the office 30 minutes later to complete my policy with Christina. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and she was not pushy about getting me to purchase through GEICO. I will definitely be renewing in 6 months!!!

Molly was a very pleasant individual and was incredibly efficient. She was quickly and easily able to access the quotes I had completed online at an earlier date. The greatest part of all everything was able to be resolved on the telephone and no extra office visits were asked of me like other insurance companies I have dealt with in the past. I think what I appreciated the most about my experience with molly is that she not once attempted to upsell me something that I did not need or was unnecessary, she was straight forward determining the coverage that would best suit me. I found her to be very honest and not a bit misleading. I am so happy that I have chosen to go through GEICO, I know many others that praise them and I was able to witness first hand why, because there is nothing like their customer service any where else and their rates are impressively competitive, I would recommend them to anyone.

If youre looking for cheap, then this is the company for you but if you want top notch quality service during a Claims process, this is a TERRIBLE company. My parked vehicle was hit in a parking lot causing damages of $2500. I had uninsured motorist luckily as other party did not leave their info and I had to pay my deductible which is understandable. I learned that Geico does not approve OEM dealer parts, they use certified after market parts. Second I needed a rental car, and I had to pay the taxes of the rental car, which is crazy because with other companies Ive never had to pay the taxes. Third, I was able to obtain info from the other party except vehicle information, and they say they dont have the means to look up their information. Im sure other insurance companies have their own investigation tools to locate individuals. Very dissatisfied!!!

I was shopping around for both Auto and Renters insurance. I had check every company in the Arizona area. When it came to Geico I received an email from Christina Hegge at the Tempe location asking if I had any questions or anything she could to to assist me . After weighing all the options and quotes that my husband and I had received I decided to contact Christina to setup an appointment to answer our questions about the coverages we were looking for. Christina not only answers are questions but she was extremely knowledgeable about the coverages we were looking for. Everyone in the Tempe office was extremely pleasant and helpful and I would recommend them to everyone. It make our choice to switch insurance companies enjoyable and easy to do.

Christina Hegge has helped me change my insurance to Geico from State Farm. I had been with State Farm for years, and when I did the online geico quote, Christina sent me a letter a few days later as well as gave me a call. Christina is so personable and did not make me feel forced to switch at all. Christina went over the plans with my boyfriend and I. Christina understood that I wanted to check with State Farm before making the official switch since I had been with State Farm since I was 16, and did not make me feel uncomfortable for wanting to check before making the switch. Christina is honestly has great customer service skills and I would reccomend her as an insurance agent to anyone looking to make the switch in the Phoenix area.

I have been with this geico local tempe office for quoting and purchasing a few different auto policies and other rental insurance. The people here are really knowledgeable and able to very quickly to provide the helpful information to help me making my decision on the insurance policy. Recently I quoted and purchased a home insurance through a fantastic agent Christie Cheshire ,she is so nice and very very helpful through the whole process of quote and payment processing. I definitely will recommend someone who want to get any kind of auto,home,rental insurance to check with local geico agents as they have the very specific knowledge to help you made a wise choice. After being with a car insurance company for over 6yrs I knew I was paying to much. I got quotes from over 8 other top companies and GEIKO by far beat every ones prices by at least $10. a month for the EXACT SAME coverage. And my agent Mollie Schneider did not pressure me or try to convince me to get more coverage than I needed, and that is what I really appreciate in a sales person. Awesome. Never expected that customer care could be this good. I moved from CA and all other insurance companies I checked were asking 2-3 times more from what I paid in CA, as though my humble Passat has transformed into a Lamborghini! Then I called Gieco and had a talk with Christina Hegge. She has a genuine desire to help people which is something few in the world have. She got me a quote even lesser than CA, imagine that! Even after that when I was searching for my apartments corporate address, she herself called my apartment and got it. She goes well beyond her job responsibilities to help people. Very very satisfied.

I recently moved to Arizona from Chicago and was in need of a new car insurance provider. Geico came highly recommended from my sister who had been with Geico for 3 years prior. I was greeted by a staff member with a bottle of water while waited (only 5 mins without an appointment) for an available agent. Marc was my agent at the Baseline location and he was able to quickly identify my insurance needs while staying within my budget! I was in and out with a new temporary insurance card in under 30min! I am very pleased with the level of service I experienced and would recommend Geico to anyone looking for insurance.

I decided to shop other insurance companies to find out if I was paying a fair amount for my coverage. I spoke with Christina Hegge over the phone to discuss policy options and rates. She was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I visited the office in person about a week later to follow up and confirm that I was interested in a new policy with Geico, and Christina had me set up in the computer within 15 minutes. Christina Hegge did a great job guiding me through the process of purchasing car insurance. I insured three cars with three drivers at three different addresses and she really went the extra mile setting up my policy and due to her hard work, we were able to complete the entire process on a Saturday. I originally spoke with Kelsey on the phone to get a quote for both auto and homeowners insurance. She was great at getting everything set up. However, when I did decide to start the policy I went into the office only to find out that Kelsey was on vacation. Santhi stepped up, greeted me, and told me everything would be alright. He pulled up everything that Kelsey had saved for me, went over it with me to make sure it was exactly what I needed, and started the policy for me. He was GREAT!! Well, Been using Geico for almost 3 years both commercial and residential. Changed bank accounts and residential was missed on the autopay (not commercial) by about 20 days. Raised my rates by almost $400 a month!!! Oh, and no claims over that time as well. Their response is, "Sorry, when you have a gap in your policy that is what the system does". And yes, I did try to make my point clear with rep on the phone that I will go elsewhere and was told, "Sorry, nothing I can do" . Paid for 30 days and will take my business elsewhere. Bad business. Bad Customer Service.

The process of getting auto insurance could not of been any easier! The staff at the Geico Tempe location was always friendly and extremely helpful any and every time I called. I worked personally with Christie from the office and cannot recommend a better person. She was extremely thorough and explained each part, even repeating and going through it again if need be while going through the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Christie and anyone else in this location given the superior service and ease I had in getting auto insurance!

Not only did I get the best rate at Geico I had the best experience with costumer service. Christie really helped me work through my policy and the thousand questions I had.
