Absolutely awful, I hope no one ever has to be involved in an accident with a policy holder. It took a week to get an answer from the adjuster after countless voicemails. They then "planned a time for the inspector to come" and he came to my home without my knowledge and inspected the car without ever consulting with me. They then cut me a check in my name for what they believed was a fair estimate without any quotes from a body shop. I then called for over 2 weeks requesting a rental car and then finally was contacted by a general customer service person who said "maybe they could reimburse for the cost" absolutely awful service.

Horrible excuse for an insurance company. There unlicensed driver had her unlicensed friend driving and took a left in front of me. Police report was filed and found them at fault and cited for no license. I had to go to a chiropractor and when it came time to pay the bill I got stuck paying some of it out of pocket because they had a set amount they were allowed to pay. If your hit by someone using this insurance use your own insurance to get it taken care of. It was faster for me to pay my deductible myself and get it reimbursed so I could get my car fixed.

Worse experienced ever they take a very long time to take care of things. Customer service is not very helpful . My credit is in the line because this company delay on the process of my claim after the car was taken by them .Stay away from thin company all they do is stress people out without providing a good service which I was paying a lot of money for monthly over $200 for one car.....

The Verda not cater to people with respect, they give you an estimate and when your bill arrives is much more .and he sat in front of the Safeway agent disrespects you taking that first Ablan by telefono.

The worst insurance company ever. The agents at ths location are extremely rude and when I asked for a supervisor they all magically disappeared and could not take my call. I will never do business with them again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have a bank statement proving I paid them and they cancelled my insurance making me pay a fee with my car company and would not refund me the money I paid them.

Regardless of what the other reviews say. My personal experience with safeway was great! Everything was done in a timely manner, and I truly appreciate all the adjusters that was on my claim
