Atms (both walk up and drive-thru) hardly ever work when you select the feature of deposit or you end up waiting in a line as long as those at theme parks. Thought that having this location near my new job would be convenient....unfortunately not! I have only visited the interior once and it was insanely backed-up as others have mentioned and my only reasoning was to make a deposit due to the aforementioned ATM issues. NavFed - can we get another location in the Atlanta Metro area?? The Stockbridge site is somehow even busier than Briarcliff in ATL.

There is always, always, always a wait at this branch. Not enough parking. Not enough tellers. Why not just allow members to transact with satellite branches like other credit unions?! I hate coming here. I end up spending an hour on line for a simple transaction. so frustrating!!! The day of this review was a normal Tuesday afternoon and the lines for the teller were wrapped 4 deep and the lines for the atm went to the street and wrapped around the building. Apparently the arms were not working.

I dealt with Nikki at the front desk. She needs to work on her customer service skills and also listen before cutting someone off to answer their questions. I got a very rude vibe from her. I asked her a question three times in three different ways but she kept cutting me off giving her same answer.

I love NFCU! but this location needs to expand their driveway because parking is terrible. They also need to hire more tellers because coming here on a Friday or Saturday is hell. I just waited an hour & a half for a new debit card. ridiculous

Amazing place to conduct financial businesses. The workers here are very helpful, have many financial aid programs to help out you or the family. Same day debit card pick up. And service is really quick. Would conduct business here again.

System always down or crashes. Always a long wait to speak to a representative. Teller always had long long line but moves in a fashionable manner. There are only two reps out helping members be seen.

You cant wire money over the phone Youhave to go to the branch...but no one informed you of that Junky credit union. Am out of there The branch waiting average 2 hours?!?!?!

The lines are always long to cash or deposit anything. And the wait to sit and talk to some or just to get a new card is way way to long.

Great people in and out every time recommend any body to bank here. Great loan program. You will find out less than an hour open 24hrs.

This branch is always busy. I live in clayton county and this is the only Navy federal around. Be prepared to wait when coming here.
