I contacted Dan and immediately spoke with him by phone and told him that I needed a permanent loan on my new house. Dan and his assistant immediately got to work on my mortgage package based upon my needs. Dan thoroughly explained each detail involved, answered any questions, processed my loan and within three weeks I was approved and ready for closure from a construction loan to a permanent loan. Dan communicated with me often and kept me informed on a regular basis as the process progressed. Dan McKenzie was honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable in his field.
