We have been using Service Experts for several years. They have always been very efficient. Our first Tech Chris Kellog always explained all repairs and all our options clearly and options within ‘our’ budget. Recently Chris K was promoted to sales and when we were told that the repairs that needed to be done on our equipment would only tide us over and it was time to upgrade, the first person we asked for was Chris. Not only did he remember us, but he remembered that I had asthma and allergies and when putting our package together, he took into consideration options we could afford with my health issues in mind and he even remembered the kind of equipment that was right for our home. He helped us find financing solutions and he kept in touch every step of the way from the proposal/consultation to the day of install to make sure everything was going smoothly from start to finish. Chris Kellog is a true and vital asset to Service Experts from his early days as a tech to his new position in sales. The care, quality and thoughtfulness he puts into his work goes above and beyond all expectations. His knowledge on all sides of the business having been a technician to sales makes him especially qualified when assessing the needs of a project. The techs, who came to install our new system which included, furnace, A/C, and water heater; Derrick, Nate, Eric and Alan, were so nice and respectful of our home by wearing foot protectors as we don’t wear shoes inside the house. They finished the job early, they didn’t mind when we would peek in just to see what was happening and answered all our questions if we were curious. They took care of clean up and laid down runners to protect our carpet. Chris, Derrick, Nate, Eric and Alan were awesome with our three dogs and seemed to share in our enthusiasm in realizing how this install was going to affect our lives. All four guys were so fast and detailed with their work. It’s a good sign when you see people who seem to love what they do because they take pride in their work. I woke up for the first time this morning without having a ten minute sneezing attack. Our whole house is comfortably cool and it doesn’t take forever for the water to heat up anymore. Thank you Chris, Derrick, Nate Eric and Alan for making this process so seamless and stress free. Even our 13 yr old dog is no longer panting from being uncomfortable. YOU GUYS ROCK! And you have truly made a TREMENDOUS difference in all our lives. The new system is BEEEEAUTIFUL and whisper quiet. You have truly WOW’d us.

7/31/2017 Russell showed up on time, identified himself, put on his booties and immediately set to work doing the tune up on our HVAC that we had called for. He was courteous and respectful throughout his stay and very patiently showed me what he had discovered. His discoveries included a dead mouse that was blocking the overflow drain for the condensate collection pan under the A/C coils. Because the pan was not able to drain, water had collected and was causing corrosion in that area. He also discovered that the bushings on the blower motor were failing and the motor would soon need to be replaced. This was made worse by the discovery that the fan blades had become so dirty that they were not producing the airflow that they were designed for. After showing me all this and calculating the cost to make these repairs, he suggested that we might want to consider the replacement of our now 12 year old HVAC system since these repairs would be more than $2,000 and we would still have an old, inefficient system that never did work very well. Before purchasing a house, had Service Experts out to inspect and service the AC unit. They signed off that the unit was in good working order. When we were moving in, the compressor and air handler failed. We had several companies out to give us repair / replacement estimates. We decided to give Service Experts a call to see what, if anything, they would do to make it right. They gave us a replacement estimate which was $1,500 below the other companies and they said they would get out to install it immediately. We decided to go with Service Experts. They came and installed the new unit right away, but we are extremely disappointed with the result. The house always feels stuffy and uncomfortable inside and little air comes from any of the vents. This is not what I would expect from a top-end ("Dave Lennox Signature Collection") AC system. They told us they can come out to rework the plenum and ducts so that it will work properly, at our expense. I would save yourself the hassle and go with Welzig or someone else who cares about the quality of their work.

Found these guys in my new phone book and needed a second opinion on an AC install so I filled out an appointment request online for the next day and I was shocked to get an appointment. Russell showed up right on time and was beyond professional! I wanted a second opinion on what I now believe is a bad compressor BUT Russell explained everything in great detail that I could understand and did a very thorough diagnosis. He put my mind at ease and actually pointed out some other things that probably should be corrected on the new install. I wish I would have found these guys before but this was.$99 well spent! Thanks again Russell! By the way I passed your inputs to the other company and they will do everything you listed.

Service Experts on call technician came to our house within 2 hours after I called the 24 hour call line. It was very very cold and the furnace had completely quit working. It was 11PM and since our furnace was 15 years old and had not been maintained by the previous homeowner there was no quick fix. However, the on call technician helped me get our gas fireplace working so we could have some heat thru the night and he and other technicians came first thing the next morning to remove the old furnace and replace it with a new unit. I had heat by that evening. What effcient service! Our new furnace has kept our home warm and comfortable . We are very pleased with Service Experts.

This past summer we had Service Experts replace our AC unit. While it was an expensive undertaking (no more expensive than the competition, I think), my wife and I were very happy with the customer service from beginning to end. The technicians and sales associates involved did a great job explaining everything and answering my questions, and the attention to detail was excellent. Our installation technician was Derrik and he represented the company well. We switched to Service Experts away from another local company in Longmont that installed our furnace a few years back and we are happier with our service now.

My new HVAC unit recently started throwing error codes for no particular reason (it still ran just fine). It was originally diagnosed as a high pressure switch problem but luckily Chris came out and tested the system after putting in the new part. The system still did not run correctly and Chris figured out that it was a bad board. He went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and make sure that I knew what to do incase the board went completely bad before the new part came in. Thank you to Chris and Service Experts for taking care of my unit.

Sorry this took so long. Had company and have been traveling. James, Derrikk and Russell, installed a new system in our home and we are very pleased. You could tell James really knew what he was doing and was really professional. Russell had to make a million trips from the front to the back and still kept smiling.They all worked really hard and did a great job.They had a third person with them in the morning and then Derrikk in the afternoon. Our AC went out on a Friday evening, on a hot August day. We thought we would have to go the whole weekend without AC before getting it fixed. But when we called Service Experts, they were prompt at finding someone who could get out here right away. Eric was at our house within an hour of calling and had the problem fixed in less than a half hour. I wish to commend one of your employees, James, who serviced our a/c recently. Not only did he get our a/c running again, but he made the system run more efficiently than before the breakdown. We used to have to set our thermostat at 72-73 degrees to be comfortable, but now, after his work, we can consistently keep the thermostat at 75 degrees and be perfectly comfortable.
