I can not say enough about this company and the people who work for it. They are not the cheapest, however I have no doubt that they are THE BEST company you will find. As a Realtor I have worked with many companies and contractors and can say with out reservation that Air-Ref is the best one I have ever worked with. Outstanding! They do A++++ Top Quality work and they stand behind everything they do. They installed Mitsubishi units in my duplex, claimed I would love them and I do. The system they recommended, designed and installed is the best climate control system for sure. I got a few quotes and picked this company due to their high ratings and expert advice- totally happy with them.

Called them to inspect a leaking AC unit. The technician came out and couldnt understand where water was coming from. Spent an hour without any clue as to what to do. Gave me an invoice for 2 hours plus $25 in tape, $6 for replacing 2 AA batteries. Over $200 for doing nothing. He said that since he was there for over an hour that I am charged for a 2nd hour. Even my attorney and accountant bill for partial time. What a joke. SCAM.

I have an older home which never had central air, I had Air-Ref install central air in 2005, install went wonderful, they handled all aspects of the installation, all necessary paperwork, permitting and scheduling of inspections for both air conditioning and electrical, the system still works great to this day. I also had Air-Ref install a generator the same year and could not have asked for better service for both jobs.

Amazing experience with this company!! My AC broke in a town home I just purchased, on a weekend of coarse! These guys came right out to see what was going on! They were here 5 mins. and charged us $120.00 for flipping a switch. They could have given us instructions over the phone that I would have gladly paid 50 bucks for the info. I will spread the word about this ripoff.

Not a good choice! Call on Saturday charged 275 to diagnosis did not fix . Had to order a valve showed up twice on Monday with the wrong part. Called another company and was fixed in 2 hr for 1/3 of the price.
