Eric was fantastic! He performed a check-up on both my AC units as well as helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with one of them. I also had Eric a couple of years ago for a previous check-up as well as repairing/replacing some ductwork in my crawlspace. He is always attentive, thorough and knowledgeable as well as very personable and friendly! The company has done a great job of integrating technology (invoicing, documentation and payments through iPhones & iPads, infrared and inspection cameras) into their business as well, making the whole process paper-free!
