Our four-year-old Noritz tankless water heater started leaking, then stopped heating. Other companies seemed unfamiliar with tankless heaters, and unsure about being able to help. ESCO knows how to install and repair tankless water heaters. Chad came to diagnose the problem. He was very courteous, and clearly explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. He ordered the needed parts from Noritz while he was in our home, and gave me the probable timeline for delivery and repair. We were expecting a large group of overnight visitors for the weekend, and the timing was tight. Chad made sure we had hot water before our guests arrived, even though Noritz failed to send the needed parts in time. I was so impressed by the service we received, and am happy to have a company that I can confidently call with any future plumbing, heating, AC, or electrical issues. I very highly recommend ESCO.

Called in the morning to get a technician out to service my furnace I was told I would have one over by noon. He never showed so I called Esco and they had no record of my appointment for the day or any day. Several upsets about this is 1-my day was put on hold waiting for someone to come. 2-appointments or prior engagements around the appointment time was cancelled. 3-a appointment with another (furnace heating &hair) company set for the following day was cancelled. Because I was told I would have someone in earlier. Just sucks. Not good. Only good thing was how professional the operator was with an angry person.

I called early in the morning & was told I would have to wait a week & a half to get my leaking pipe fixed. Feeling frustrated because I had purchased 1 hour of plumbing off of Angies List & realizing I would have to wait 30 days to get a refund. I called back late in the day. Mandi was so nice & kind! She got me an appointment the next day at the 4:00 to 7:00pm spot I needed! What a difference between her & the lady I spoke with in the morning. The repairman Rob came & was very professional! He quickly fixed the leak & answered all my questions. I would recommend then.

They only did half the Job. They moved a main panel from my bathroom to another room. The new panel looked great. They turned the old panel into a junction box (which is fine) and covered it with a thin piece of aluminum (not fine). The aluminum was bent out on the sides so much you could see the wires inside. I could have done a better job. After 3 times of them coming back I determined I could do a better job myself. The only reason for the 2 stars is they came back three times. Unprofessional work!

They tried to scare me into getting a new furnace. They said i was at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning and to not use my furnace at night. I was then quoted 4300 to put in a new furnace. I had two other companies come out to do an inspection and give me quotes, they said at the most all i needed to do was to have it serviced. I had used them to get a new ac and they had lied on the installation date. This company is very sales oriented and doesn"t mind using underhanded tactics to get them.

The best companies in the world sometimes experience a hiccup in service which we experienced with ESCO. The real character of a company is how they handle it and I can tell you that ESCO responded to my online complaint within just a couple of hours and resolved the issue FAR beyond my expectations. We purchased a special on Groupon and was pleased with the work so we de used to have ESCO replace all of our outdated electrical sockets. We feel as if there was some miscommunication or misleading information given by the representative who originally helped us. However, when the electrician , Mark came to do the work he was able to fix the broken trust from the representative anddo an excellent job. We plan on using ESCO again if the work is performed by Mark.

I had a bad experience with another company last week-- they sent three technicians out to my house, and they were very pushy. I felt like I was being rushed into making a decision to spend thousands of dollars on-the-fly. I called ESCO Services for a second opinion. Robbie was the technician that came over. He was kind, thorough, and gave me repair and replacement options. I appreciated his honesty and low pressure approach. I highly recommend this company.

I needed some ceiling fans rewired on a high ceiling. I had contact with 4 people from Esco ( including manager Tim) and they were all very professional, nice people. Technicians/installers arrived on time and got the job done. The communication between them during trouble shooting and fixing the problem made for a great team effort and a job well done. Fantastic! Superior service from the get go! The customer service when scheduling was efficient and informative the service provided by Joey was fast and he made it very easy to understand! As a single woman and first time home buyer who does not understand a lot about mechanical issues that can arise in the home I opted to do the monthly membership and am very pleased to have had that option available! I have had both a plumber and an electrician from ESCO out to my house and both of them were very knowledgeable about their field and helpful - unlike three previous plumbers who could not help me, one previous plumber even told me I needed to just replace my shower at a huge expense. A previous electrician also gave me a bid that was ridiculous. I feel like this company is trying to help me, not scam me. I would definately recommend them.

Amazing service! They came to give a free second opinion on whether our furnace needs to be replaced. The technician, Robby, was very thorough, asked a lot of questions, explained everything to me, and was respectful of my time. He is not paid a dime if I get a new furnace, so was not pushy at all. His motivation was my safety when he recommended a new furnace, not his paycheck. ESCO has a new customer for life!

The best customer service around! In an industry where ethics are lacking and everyone is trying to make a buck off of you, this place was far from that. Tim from ESCO was not only a life saver, helping us fix our A/C on a 100 degree day, he saved us a ton of money. What a great experience! I had an emergency issue with my furnace last week and I fortunately called ESCO. They came out the same day and had my furnace up and running before my kids were home from school. We bought the Groupon for an AC Tune up from ESCO. They arrived within the allotted time frame and the technician was nice. Unfortunately, all he did was quote us 4500$ to "fix" our 15 year old AC. The AC was running fine at that point and all we really wanted to do was make sure it lasted a few more years. Waste of money and time.
