In a society where the stresses of daily life often time leaves us with a bad taste in our mouths, it was refreshing to have an experience that reminds me there are still people who can brighten up your day like Erica Mendoza. Erica has been the ideal case manager that any client of Eberstein & Witherite would be lucky to have supporting them throughout their experience. My current case with the firm has been managed with a high degree of attentiveness giving me the confidence that my best interests are a priority to the firm. The clarity and level of communication Erica has provided are above and beyond any I have experienced among those providing services. RUN ANYWERE ELSE....Both Eberstein and witherite are not there for u they are there to prolong the proces as long as it takes to get there 40%. also they will give you NO forward progress on your case, if you sighn with them you will be doing all the dodigents on your case. My main question to them was what am i paying you for, and when they couldnt answer that due to them doing absalutly nothing and prolonging my case and making it that much more strenuouse, i decided to go another way and the diffrence in proffecianalism and quality of customer servise was amazing. Plus if they dont think your case will make them enough they will drop u and leave u to fiqure out the mess. BEST ADVISE GOOGLE THERE REVIEW SITE ITS A ONE STAR FOR HATE IT ... ALL I WISH IS THERE WAS A NO STAR SO THAT NOONE ELSE HAS TO DEAL WITH THE STRESS THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH.

From day one, Hugo was so amazing that my sister was in a car wreck and I had no way of knowing that I was going to need Eberstein & Witherite for myself. I met him when my sister was involved in a wreck and we exchange numbers. 3 weeks later I had a wreck, so I called Hugo. When I called him he told me exactly what to do. From that step all the way my settlement, Eberstein and Witherite was amazing! Shelly, Diana, Regan and Kelly treated me like family. Once the wreck happened, it really set me back and I struggled several times with almost being put out of my apartment. But every time Eberstein and Witherite came through for me! They treated me in such a humane way that I really felt like a part of their family.

I do not appreciate your radio ad on the Steve Harvey Show. It blantently targets trucks of which i am a member of that industry. It shows my industry in a bad light simply because we carry large liability policies. Maybe if you concentrated more of your focus on teaching car drivers on how to share the road with big trucks instead of looking for big liability policys and out right ambulance chasing i would have more respect for your firm.
