Very unprofessional! To begin with, it seems as if no one actually works, my case could have moved faster as it is fairly simple. They lack communication, never received a call from them regarding updates on my case. They even transferred the case to another attorney in the firm without letting me know. It is always a struggle to reach anyone, they always promise to call back and never do.
