I’ve been an AAA Auto Roadside member for years, and have had their auto and home insurance for a couple years. This coming year, they raised their rates over a hundred dollars for both home and auto insurance. When I questioned their reasoning for the increase, I wasn’t given an adequate and honest answer. “It’s just the way it is” was their response. I won’t give out any names, only to say it was one of the office managers. I went ahead and paid for next years coverage, but will try harder next year to get better rates.
