Excellent experience. From the moment we went to inquire about the course, La Ms. Anny Jaraba was very motivating and professional in the explanation of the courses, as well as the delivery of information material. The course was taught by Prof. Abraham, excellent as well and managed to keep the interest and attention in pupils and answering all the questions effectively. I passed the state exam on my first try. Certainly highly recommend the Academy. I will continue in future taking improvement courses. You will see me again. !!!!!

Without much thought, I made a decision to do the 63 hour R. E. Estate Sales Associate course pre license course in one week not realizing the volume of work that was involved. Prior to starting, I doubted that this decision was the correct one. After the second day, I started realizing how very possible it was to pass this course. The main reason for this thought is the professionalism that came with the teacher Gayle and her high level of organization and expertize used to increase the class self confidence level as a group which positively affected mine. I must say, I have been a professional most of my life, but I have now witnessed superiority with a sincerity and true concern for others the way Gayle taught our class and treated everyone with the same level of fairness and respect and determination to see us succeed in our efforts. Thank you Gayle for making this a much easier challenge than expected. I did pass my exam and now I can finally get a little sleep . LOL. In addition, the facilities at Gold Coast and the admin staff are very encouraging .

Let me first say that that my instructor Mr. Robert Robinson was amazing!!! He is passionate about his students, patient and knowledgeable. I work a full time job, was scared register for this course, because I feared life would get in the way. I questioned myself, will it be too much, will I be able to retain ALL this information and UNDERSTAND, together with being a mother, wife and with kids; and guest what! I did it…..and passed the first time around. There was not one day, I felt as if I didn’t want to attend class and looked forward to Mr. Robinson’s lessons, because he made sure all the students were involved and did anything to keep our attention so we could UNDERSTAND the material. Each and every day I looked forward to learning more and more. Gold Coast has an amazing program; the staff was helpful and kind. I would recommend Gold Coast 100% and request Mr. Roberson!!! I PASSED FREC 1!!! That was said to catch your attention :).I was recommended to Gold Coast by my friend who is now a Broker. Due to a physical disability, I decided to become a Realtor which will give me some of the benefits like flexibility and financial stability that I enjoyed as a Nurse. Gold Coast is Superb!!! Initially I visited the school to make sure it would be accommodating to me. Anny in the front office, graciously escorted me to see a typical classroom setup. From the first day of class, my Instructor, Dan Coco set the tone for it being an enjoyable course. He made the process of learning all the Real Estate jargon less daunting. The Course book, Math Workbook, free online quizzes and YouTube Videos were very beneficial to my successful completion. I HIGHLY Recommend you choose Gold Coast for your education.

Last week I finish a Course in Life,Health and Annuities in Gold Coast in Tamarac, the experience surplus my expectations, not only for the comfort of the facility, but overall for the experience and motivation that I receive from my trainer. The cram courses were worth every penny. Frank Ortiz and Sanji are awesome. I passed all three components on my first try for the General Contractors Exams. My trade scores were 82% and 90%, the biz and finance i scored an 80%, very respectable. All the practice exams from Joe Roebuck put me over the top, even after taking 6 months off from the school since I changed jobs. I would highly recommend the school and especially the 2 day intensive crams for those that are serious about success the first try! I plan to attend the school for my continuing education requirements and future licensing and testing prep. No brainer..., thank you to Gold Coast and their awesome staff. All the best!

I left my post license 45 hours till last minute and was in panic. I looked at many online courses offered online and there were thousands of them with very low prices but I felt skeptical about their quality so I went ahead with Gold coast schools where I did my pre license (which I also enjoyed very much) Tim Marcus helped me to arrange online course (Since I was out of Florida) as soon as possible and it took me 4 days to read the course and on my 5th day, I was ready to take exam. I also thank to Jackie from technical support team to help me with minor issues I had. They were very prompt and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Real Estate Pre-License course. My instructor was Robert Robinson, Jr. He is an excellent instructor !! This was a straight 7 day course and Robert kept it fresh throughout. With his thorough understanding of the real estate profession and by providing numerous examples that created visual images of the many areas of study, I felt Robert really provided a valuable classroom experience. I hold a 520 All Lines Adjuster license, I always take the CE with Levy and I can tell that it is not only a continuing education, but a learning class from facts and experience. He follows the syllabus and creates a dynamic class with those facts based on his own experience. Personally I think it is great; however, for people who does not want to learn anything, but just complete the hours no matter where they go it will be a long day because this class requires attention to be able to ask questions.

I took this course with Marilyn Guevara; she is simply the best!!! Gives you the tools you need to be able to properly retain for the class exam and final exam. She uses her own techniques that are very useful. Students, please stop asking a bunch of irrelevant questions and just pay attention! There is a method she is using to help you if you just pay attention and stop over-analyzing this course and industry. I am a soon-to-graduate doctoral student that highly recommends this school and teacher!

Stanley Medow is an incredible teacher. He took a very mundane and monotonous topic (CAM) and turned it into something fun and easy to digest. He made sure to have everyone participating in the classroom and was constantly using dry humor to keep everyone attune. As a former teacher, I can appreciate the hard effort he puts into prepping for his class and making sure he has a great layout for the 18-hour class. I highly recommend this professor for anyone looking to successfully pass the CAM exam.

I went to the Property Management course, but it looked more like how to buy property course. The Instructor had a lot of knowledge in different aspects of realty and management, but again this is not I hoped for!! This is more on how to buy realty for you to increase your portfolio, not near close on how to manage them. I just want to repeat myself in saying the instructs seems to know a lot, it is just the points he touched and teached that are off course.

I took the insurance license course for Life, Health, and Annuities. I have not been in a classroom setting for over 30 years and was very apprehensive. The instructor was excellent! She was very clear and direct. She gave excellent tips and did not sugar coat anything. She explained exactly what we would need to do to pass the state test. I followed everything she told us to do and was able to pass my test the first try. I highly recommend Gold Coast.

Robert uses great, real life examples and even a few jokes here and there to assist his students in retaining the information. I am confident that he has prepared me for the state exam.
