The central air in the common areas, lobby, etc blew warm, humid air. The room was warm and humid when we arrived, but quickly cooled when we turned on the air conditioner. The shower was missing the inside shower curtain, and it looked like it had been that way for some time because the outside shower curtain was crusted with old shampoo and soaps. Breakfast opened at 6am. We got to it at 6:30am and stayed until 7am. When we arrived, they were out of several items, including plates and napkins. While we were there, we saw them run out of things faster than they replenished them. There were 2 staff members working there with only 17 guests (including us) in and out while we were eating. I expect 2 staff members to be able to keep up with at least 30 guests without any trouble.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, food was good, and the construction being done was almost complete. Most of the bad reviews on this place were due to the inconvenience of the remodeling with the noise and the workers, but now all the rooms are finished so I would recommend a stay here.

Too much construction currently going on at this hotel. Not up to the Holiday Inn standards in terms of cleanliness and updated looks. Pool had tons of bugs floating and settled dirt at the bottom of pool. So glad we had a discount and only paid $49.99 for the room, the nightly stay of $176 definitely not worth it

Continental breakfast was solid, beds were extremely comfortable, place was clean and presentable. Only complaint is that on two occasions our room key failed to work and we had to spend 20 minutes going down to the desk to resolve the issue each time. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise.

Our room was very dirty and had lights burnt out. The front desk said it was a low water pressure room but when I tried taking a shower, water barely trickled out and the shower would not come on due to faulty plumbing. I was only given $20 off of our $90 bill for this inconvenience.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, and staying here was very convenient in traveling through New Mexico. The hotel is a little outdated as compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, which is the reason for 4 stars. Other than that, very good experience!

Hotel was in full rehab. Floors were dirty with construction debris, stuff was pulled everywhere. Half the parking lot was full of construction equipment causing a shortage of parking. Other than that room was nice, large, and updated.

Was a good place to stay, will NOT stay again. My "executive" room was filthy, bed was shot, missing light bulbs, smoke detector hanging in air, and missing blow dryer. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere - I know that I will.

To much construction and no knowledge of the Jacuzzi and pool being under construction as well when purchasing room. Knowing this might have changed our decision to stay here. Good breakfast. Nice rooms.

Very nice place to stay, Mercedes was very helpful with check in, would recomenedto anyone in the area, make sure to ask for Mercedes at front desk very helpful and knows what she is doing

Stopped here to do a late night charge and all the Tesla parking was blocked by non-electric vehicles! You should tell your customers about not parking in the Tesla chargers Holiday Inn!

Counter agents are friendly, but hotel feels like Cheap motel, does not deserve to be called Holiday Inn express, old Furniture, dirty bathrooms, bed was OK, breakfast was ok.

Nearing the end of a remodel. The elevator was kinda old and frumpy and had some scary sounds coming from it. Tv was small, but over all the room was avarage.

It is basically in the middle of Santa Rosa, it was very clean and the service was amazing I would certainly recommend anyone to stay there.
