Larry helped us with a small business matter that needed some legal expertise. He was prompt in responding to our request for information, as well as generating the legal documents we needed. We were going to be out of town during some of the negotiation processes we were involved in, and we handled it all by email and phone. He was sensitive to our concerns in this matter, as well as our pocket book. He kept good track of his time and was more concerned with helping us resolve our problem than charging us lots of money. Larry was pleasant to deal with and we would definitely recommend him to others with small business matters, documents, etc. It was nice to feel we had someone with his knowledge in our corner!
