I took off points because 1) one of the services I requested on the order was not performed, and 2) service took far too long to complete (oil change and vehicle inspection, 2.5 hours to complete once my car was moved to the service bay). I have had much faster, more complete, and friendlier service from AAA-authorized Service Centers. Nevertheless, the work was performed professionally and correctly, at the same reasonable price that I have come to expect from AAA Still, far better than the service departments of the dealerships and chains, no matter how convincingly they smile at you.

I just had my 3rd visit to the AAA-Sandy Plains Car Care Plus.1st time was for routine maintenance (including tire rotation), 2nd for a brake check and 3rd, again, for routine maintenance. Each time I was very satisfied with the work performed, time to complete the service and the very reasonable price. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable I definitely will return for future servicing of my vehicle at this location even though, geographically, it is not convenient for me to drive there. I wish there was a AAA Car Care Plus facility closer to my residence.

I did not have a positive experience. Even with an appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. I was in the customer waiting area for about 45 minutes before my car was taken to the garage. The mechanics did not seem very concerned about getting customers in and out. The mechanic with my car worked slowly by himself while others seemed to just stand around talking. I doubt I would go back to this location.

On a recent visit to AAA, I dealt with service advisers, Dennis and Jeremy. They were both very polite and professional and easy to work with. No hassles. The service performed was done properly also. This is all very important to me. People are quick to complain. But, on the other hand, when a job is well done, it should be shown also. Best car repair experience ever!!! Manager is an asset to AAA and restored a lot of faith in me when it comes to dropping off my car for maintenance work! Very customer service oriented and actually interested in repeat business!!! Have been a AAA member for for almost 25 years and all products offered are well worth the money and I have found a car shop that I know I can trust going forward.

My experience started with the cleanliness of the office and friendliness of the staff. When I did the paperwork, it only took a few seconds, since all of the info I provided during the appointment call was in the system. My service only took 50 minutes (it was to be an hour). So if asked I would be happy to recommend them and will be using them in a few weeks on my wife’s car.

I am a AAA member. I took two vehicles for repair. Repairs made quickly and less cost than expected. One vehicle needed only a sensor with a check engine light. Other repair shops could have misdiagnosed and charged for unnecessary service. Honest, Professional, Friendly and On time experience. My "Go To" repair shop.

This location replaced my radiator last year. It started leaking and I took it in for the problem. They advised me it was a loose hose clamp. They said they tightened it and performed a pressure test with no more leaks. Next morning there are new anti-freeze stains on the garage floor. They are about to hear from me.

UNBELIEVABLE . I had a very minor leak which should be easily repaired replacing 1 part for approx $200. They introduced a problem that made the car undriveable, then charged me another $1000 which they said would fix it, which it did not. Then they refused to refund my money so I could get it fixed elsewhere.

My husband and I were impressed with the staff, and their friendliness. The waiting area had hot drinks and was very clean. Our visit was pleasant form beginning to end. The insurance agent, Tony Madrigal did an excellent job of finding us the best policy for coverage and our budget.

Probably the cleanest, most well run shop I have ever been in! The service people were courteous, fast and really excelled at their jobs from start to finish. The pricing is by far the most reasonable in whatever repairs you need - and they do it all. I had to pass the word.

They have become my go to car care shop for our two cars. Primarily because I never feel they are pushing extras. Clean waiting area and above average turnaround times. Prices are average which in my opinion is desirable (lower prices always come with a catch).
