GARBAGE....PURE GARBAGE. THE PERSON WHO HIT MY WIFE HAS THIS AWFUL INSURANCE COMPANY. WE HAVE FOUR KIDS (3 IN CAR SEATS) AND THEY WANTED TO PUT IS IN A COMPACT CAR. WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR NEW CAR SEATS... THAT TOOK FOREVER. MEANWHILE, MY WIFE CANT COMMUTE THE CHILDREN AROUND IF NEEDED. NEXT, THEY DIDNT AUTHORIZE REPAIR DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT PRESENT UNTIL THE ACCIDENT. THEYRE TWO SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT DOOR....TWO FREAKING SCRATCHES THAT WERE CAUSED FROM THE ACCIDENT OFF THERE CLIENT STRIKING MY WIFE AND KEPT DRIVING ABOUT 100 YRDS DOWN THE ROAD. THEY MADE IT SEEM WE WERE MAKING THE STORY UP. THE HEAD ADJUSTER IS A RUDE JACKASS. THERE IS NO RESPECTABLE PERSON IN THAT BUILDING. EVERYONE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS OUT TO PAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS ACCIDENTS. FOLLOWED BY, THE STOPPED THE RENTAL CAR WITHOUT US KNOWING. I GOT A CALL FROM THE RENTAL COMPANY SAYING THEY STOPPED THE RENTAL. NOT FROM SAFEWAY.....FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. RESULTING IN US PAYING FOR A RENTAL. I REALLY HATE THEM. EVERYONE AT THE OFFICE. IM SURE MY NAME HAS BEEN PASSED AROUND AND THEY DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME. THEY IGNORE MY CALLS, THE HANG UP ON ME AND DONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS.

I do not recommend this insurance company, they never sent the bill, never answer calls, I have account access to the Internet, you speak reluctantly and at the end I never knew if it was covered by the insurance because a week before the end of the insurance aa try to enter the account and said that there was no such account. Bad bad bad worst service I recommend state farm they will open 24 hrs and they explain well all about your account, sometimes it is better to pay a little more to be struggling with these crappy and cheap Safeway Insurance companies.

This insurance company has to be by far the worst insurance company ever! If your car is hit by someone who is insured by them you can take it as a lost because they will deny that their at fault even with evidence right in their faces. Traci T. is very rude and unprofessional, he hung up in my face after asking him a simple question about my claim. His supervisor Dora V. is also no help. They never answer the phones and to top it off they claim to be the corporate office as well. Just pray that you never encounter an accident with someone with this horrible insurance!

I never had to use the insurance when I was with them but I was partnered threw Warnock Agency and they were the majority of the reason I am rating so low. I also cancelled my policy at my renewal time because they were charging me way too much, however, I look at my bank statement and they still took out the months payment. Now I have to wait 7 business days to receive my money back. Thanks Safeway!!

My car was hit by a retard lady driving like a F1 racer in the turning lane. I had complete coverage insurance with safeway for my car.. Initially was scared reading all the reviews here, but i would appreciate efforts put in by Susan Brown and Kim Phillip from Alpharetta location. My claim was processed and check was released in 2 weeks.

If I was allowed to post this review with no stars I would. The claims adjuster was rude, unprofessional, and avoided phone calls. She yelled at the rental car guy while my husband was on a 3-way call with both of them. We spoke to several people regarding our claim and no one knew what the next person was doing. No one was helpful.

Poor service. I was hit by someone with this insurance company back in October, and I call daily to talk with representatives, and I am never able to get ahold of anyone, it is now almost March. They have still not paid my medical bills, and I have had to start paying for them out of my own pocket.

Dont waste your time like i have ! Adjuster never answers the phone. They havent paid me or the shop that fixed my car for rental reinbusement and repair. It has been 3 months. Brenda is rude and Bao Tran aka Brandon does not answer or return calls. Please stay away.

Horrible. Our car was rear ended sitting at stop light by a car insured by this company. 6 weeks. No response other than voice mail jail. If you need to file a claim against them, probably need to go ahead and hire a lawyer to do so. Rating should be no stars. Scam.

I would give zero stars to them if I could! They have poor communication and terrible service. Just everything about this has been terrible. I would NOT use them if you can avoid. Forget the price - you get what you pay for which is nothing.

I involved in an accident in April 2017 by a driver who had this insurance and I have not been paid yet. This is a bad insurance company I would not recommend and if you have this insurance you should change it.
