Horrible customer experience. They will not proceed with a claim where their driver was at fault since they say they are not able to interview the at fault driver (driver with Progressive insurance). Even though I provided a police report that faulted their driver, they refuse to proceed with the claim. What good is insurance if they can simply refuse to pay a claim? Terrible company, terrible staff.

Horrible as possible can be, my car has been there 5 times and will be back one more, they replace the tail light with a wrong one, the paint job is a joke, keep complaining but nothing has been done, BE AWARE do not waste your time in this facility, they use the worst body shops.
