i am giving them no stars. i have been required to call in payment every month since i have gotten my loan. they keep telling me i have to set up my acccount. so every month i call in, and every month i tell them where i live, where i work, and all of my contact numbers. they talk over you and when you call them out on it they dont apologize. they just keep talking. i spelled out my address and they still kept spelling it wrong back to me. they are too busy talking over you to actually listen to the information that you are trying to give them that they asked for. every call is at least 15 to 20 minutes of them trying to figure out what to do. worst company ever!
I dont even know wherw to begin this company is sooo upsetting i am so close to refinance just to have another company...everytime iam somehow getting late fees lile wth!!!!!their onlime payment thing is sooo confusing and the worst i tried two different ways the moneygram speedpay and it said i owed a different amoumt from their websjte which shows past dues amd on their phone service it says i owe a totally diff amou t so which is it!!!!Ugh iam so upset and i just madw a payment and wint be able to talk to them until wednesday hopefully iam not charged a late fee for been short $15 bucks bc their other sites show dfferent amounts i owe
Terrible Terrible company! Just requested to defer a payment was told I was asking to early and to call back. Called back requested again to defer my payment they said it would take 72 hours to find out and to call back to make sure it was deferred! They will not call me to notify me if in fact it will be deferred I asked to speak to a manager they said they would put in my request to speak to a manager and that could take up to 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone know how to actually get in contact with these fools ive called for a straight month now trying to find out the balance of my vehicle to sell it but the phone is busy constantly. I was thinking maybe they were affected by the hurricane but somehow the payments keep getting taken out which is fine but I need to talk to their dumb asses
Extremely disappointed in this new high fee associated with paying my car payment. I could understand maybe debit or credit card fees but an ACH is still almost $5.00. That is absolutely ridiculous. My rate was high and I accepted that but this fee.....you guys will now be getting checks via certified mail from now on.
Iam currently in south korea i have made many attempts to call so i can make payments on what i owe but i have yet to recieve a phone call or an email making me fall behind on the payments i have only been able to get in contact through fb and still recieved no help DONT use flagship credit customer service sucks!
I have attempted to ask questions about my payments to no avail. I changed addresses and notified the people in writing multiple times yet they still sent to my old address. Random automated calls that hang up and when you call the office it is not open. This is a HORRIBLE lender to use.
IF ZERO STARS WERE AVAILABLE THEN I WOULD SELECT THAT. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THESE SCUMBAGS AND THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU PAY OFF YOUR LOAN OR LET YOU SELL YOUR CAR TO A DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL GET ROYALLY SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY.
Terrible finance institution to deal with! Looking for another company to refinance asap! Horrible customer service, has to make a 3rd phone call for the same reason. Totally not recommended, I wish to have a no star review, I give them a 0.
Bunch of Thieves,Liars, and Con Artists , Had an account with them and they kept charging us fees so bad we had to close our bank account, they should be sued for fraud, just look at there reviews, how do they stay in business...
I am at the end of my contract and thru it all I have HAD NOTHING but TROUBLE with them the right hand odes not talk to the left hand I have filed complaints with the BBB against them and advise you all do the same
Interest rates are crazy high, but my credit is bad...so I have to deal for now. Customer service has been very helpful. They where patient and did what they could to help me with each of my issues I had.
