I came here and told the teller I want to open an account. I was told to sign in, which I did and it said there was one person ahead of me. I waited for 45 minutes, in that time no one ever approached me to say sorry about the wait or that I would be helped soon, although four or five employees walked past me in that time. After 45 minutes I left... horrible customer service. I will be opening my account elsewhere.

So professional the Branch Sales Manager Rob Swift helped me and Christopher Porter (Relationship Banker). They have a sincere interest in helping a small business owner out. I was floored with the level of respect and knowledge in presenting their products and services that was giving to me. I have never experienced banking from such a bank. I was introduced to everyone. I would recommend!
