I took a veteran friend to get VA certified and a mistake was made where his name was in the system twice, the clerk at eligibility by the main entrance said,.. Oh, I see what happen "Susan" made a mistake, well Susan can fix it. The clerk supervisor was in the room with my friend and the clerk told the clerk, NO you are going to fix it where the clerk replied "No, I am not" if you want it fixed, you will have to come around the desk and fix it yourself. The clerk can not be fired for such actions..

I like their Belgian waffles. But seeing as how it is a hospital and not a breakfast joint, I have to give the pitiful establishment one star. Their administration is uneducated and slow. I transferred from the Fayetteville VA when I moved across state and I would drive to Fayetteville just to avoid this hospital if I could afford the gas and mileage. Do your best to go to another VA if you can and save yourself the frustration.

I have been with the Little Rock VA for the past 13 years and boy have I noticed a difference. I am glad I am at this VA and not somewhere else that we hear about on the news. GREAT JOB!!

Other than being treated like cattle, vets are treated decently here. It takes forever to get an appointment though.

IMPACT For Pain program is great!!! Ask your PCP to get you into the program if you have ANY chronic pain!!!!
