I am very pleased to recommend my State Farm insurance agent, Anita DaSilva. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, dedicated and diligent since she joined the office in Oradell, NJ. She calls yearly to make an appointment to review our policies and, unlike many appointments/consultations I have with other businesses, I actually look forward to the time to sit down with her, discuss every point that I am interested in and hear what her recommendations are. Her recommendations are customized and well considered for our specific situation and she is always willing to take whatever time is required to ensure that I understand each item on the policies that we have. She returns phone calls promptly, responds to emails and makes me feel that I am a valued customer. I also appreciate that she offers some Saturday and evening appointments to accommodate people like me who do not work close by and cannot come in during the normal weekday hours. She has exceeded my expectations as an insurance agent and I find that I am still surprised each year that she remains approachable, interested and enthusiastic about State Farm products and services. State Farm is lucky to have her and so are we!

My husband and I had such a great experience here. Everyone was extremely friendly and warm. Everything was explained to us thoroughly so that we understood everything before signing or committing to anything. I was a bit nervous at first thinking that bringing my 4 year-old would be distracting for us or boring for her. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a little play area which kept her entertained and happy. We wound up with a new auto policy in about 30 mins and will be adding another policy next week. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking to switch! This was probably one of if not, the smoothest auto policy transitions I have ever made. Thank you so much!!

She not only takes the time to really sit and discuss your personal and business related questions, but she really evaluates what level of protection you need, provides you with the most concise information to make the best decisions and is honest in what you focus should be and how to bundle it for the best overall return.
