Excellent product and super fast install.I had a few issues with this old house during the install on the plaster but they repaired the issue with no cost to me. Very satisfied with their product as well. My house use to be drafty and the air/furnance seemed like it ran nonstop. Now no drafts and the heating/air unti runs half as much.So far we have had a few nights were the outside temperature was 50 degrees and normally before they installed their product i would wake up to the house being 53-56 degrees. Now after their install the house remains 68 degrees even if its 50 degrees out. I was skeptical at first seeing the product and listening to the salesman but I am telling you their product is worth every penny I spent.

There is way too much fine print in their contracts which allow them to deny any damaged they have caused with the foam insulation. Their equipment does not work and they will borrow tools from the homeowner to attempt repairs. They drill holes in the wrong walls. They stated the job would take 4 or so hours but took well over 8 due to the equipment not functioning. I am still waiting (over three weeks now) for a callback from the manager. There is NO customer service. The salesman made promises the team refused to accomplish and the boss will take your money and NEVER call you back. High pressure sales are employed by this company. I have already directed 3 friends to NOT use this company.

This was the best customer service I have ever received. From their representatives at the fair, their customer service rep. that set my appointment, and the installers that were professional and fast. They were absolutely amazing. If I were to ever need to re-insulate another location, my first call will be to USA Insulation.

My condo was cold and drafty. After USA installed the wall foam, all the drafts were gone. My utility bills have also gone down. USA has installed foam into my personal condo and 2 of my other properties and I am happy with all the installations.

Service done June 2017 was told by salesperson would get $500 tax credit for this just learned that expired at end of 2016. I feel he new this and just told us to draw us in. Not very happy about deception.
